All the guys were great and very attentive. They did a very detailed interior/ exterior cleaning of my car at such a non-expensive cost. I took my car here because my regular place was down for maintenance. I decided to go with the "special price" on the wash and wax and ended up paying twice what I normally pay for a job that was less than half as good. I have a small two seat sports car so there's not much to do on it. However, I found all kinds of areas that were missed--area behind the seat hadn't been touched, back window sill was dusty, inside mirror had fingerprints, dirt on the outside that I was able to remove by spitting on my finger and wiping. This was my first visit so I thought I would check them out before going for the big dollar car detail job. $55.00 later and I am not happy at all. I won't give them my business for a detail if they can't do a basic wash and wax. Go elsewhere - or, in my case, I'll wait until my regular place is open. read more

Stolen sunglasses, poor wash. Went to get a car wash for my dad's sedan. $20 + tax. Attendants appeared quite friendly. After about 30-45 min, the car had been cleaned. I was pleased to see that the car was vacuumed, but a pair of sunglasses were stolen from the glove box. Additionally, the car still had dozens of bugs on the hood and bumper of the car. I brought my car in because I spilled coffee on passenger floor. The guy said he'd give me a deal: car wax + free carpet shampoo. I picked up the car just as the place was closing. When I got home I realized they didn't even shampoo the carpet and the coffee was still in the carpet. They just vacuumed the rug. And the interior still looked a little dirty. Never taking my car here again. The small mobile car washes on Bird Road are great, thorough, and cheap. I learned my lesson. read more

Excellent service. They were quick and efficient in washing my husband's car in 15 minutes during lunch time. They have a very nice spacious air conditioned waiting area with 2 flat screen tvs where there is complementary coffee and you can purchase snacks while you wait. read more

Quick service so there were a few stubborn bug guts left but otherwise very clean. Didn't realize they would vacuum the carpets as well. If i could give it 0 stars i would. This was my 3rd chance with this Carwash. My 2 previous visits were for a carwash that was less than 10 mins and i paid over $30 and the car was barely cleaned. I spoke to a manager on the phone who promised it wouldn't happen again. So here i am, round 3 and everything appeared fine. The man who first greeted me: Alejandro Flores said everything would be fine. I reiterated how dirty the middle of the front was...he said no problem. I went in to pay, bought a drink and literally sat for 5 mins when a man came in saying my car was ready. I thought "impossible" but there was my car...i opened the trunk and NOTHING, there was no vacuum. My umbrella was exactly located where i threw it. There were bits of things attached to the back of the seat where you can tell nothing was vacuumed. I said here we go again...backseat was still dirty w hair as if never touched. The front middle same, same grimey dirt that was never cleaned. Of course i was upset and even called the initial man over and he said "I'll give you your money back" i asked him don't you want to see that nothing was done? He said no because of my attitude. What kind of customer service was this?!? I guess it's good that it only took 10 mins because it would have been a giant waste of time...OH and then the crappy employee stated he was the owner?! While i went back to get my credit back to my card, i came back outside and the employees were trying to quickly clean my car....when i said "we're done I'm leaving" one of the employees in Spanish said 'you better move she'll end up hitting you'. Disgusted with this business! I went across the street to the purple carwash...i think it's called "The Carwash" and spike to the manager telling him my situation...without thinking twice he offered to clean my car free of charge to earn my business. I can't understand why this place is so jam-packed with cars when the service is so lousy and expensive. It's hard to get into and out of the place. The person who first greets you gives you no clear directions on where to go, what to do. The guys in the line that hand wash your car are menacing and yell at you to move forward 3 inches while spraying water at your windshield. When I went into the office to pay, the cashier said someone would call me when my car was ready - which she said would be about 2 hours. About 2 hours later I came back and just waited in the office figuring they would call soon. No one called. So I went up to the cashier and told her I noticed no one was working on my car - she checked and said it was ready. Duh, was anyone ever going to call or tell me that? Finally, when I went to leave, they asked me for the ticket which a cashier never gave me so that was a disaster. Finally they barely backed out my car but left it in a place which was really hard for me to move around to finally exit the place. What a total shit show. Yes, my car was clean for for over $200, that's the least of what I expected. I would NEVER go back there again. read more

My 2011 Mazda 3 looks new. I only paid for a wax, but they also buffed for free. I have no major complaints after about 8 washes, and waxes. My only complaint is it's hard to hear when your car is called in the waiting room, since the music is load, they don't have a PA system. I would have giving 4.5 stars if I could. I'm surprised at the low rating on yelp. Most of the other customers today had luxury cars. read more

I always drive through this place and thought I would give it a try. Big mistake, they ripped my passenger`s seat next to the seat-belt holder!!! As I drove off against the Sun, I could see that they only cleaned half of my windshield from the inside! I've been going to Magic Hands Car Wash for a few years now... they have done a "okay" job compared to most of the others car wash around until today. I took my car and they have changed the ways they do things. Now they have you staying in the car while they wash the car from the outside then you drive it out and have to park it where they will clean the inside out of the car. I found this a little annoying but what made me write on yelp was the fact that I also paid to have my car wax total of $60 for the same result as if I would have just gotten a regular wash for $20. I had to go back and point out every detail of the inside of the car that was def. not cleaned by them, and the outside as if I have taken the car to a gas station wash. read more

This place is horrible. Don't do anything other than a regular car wash. Took my BMW for a detail..biggest mistake. The guys using the buffer machine left a crazy deep swirl mark on my hood and it took almost 2 hours to fix! Then I noticed buffer hologram marks all over my car!! These people charged me $70 for a wash, wax, and vacuum, and they didn't even wipe down the inside of the car. Unless you speak Spanish, there's a language barrier issue too which certainly doesn't help. There are a couple other car washes farther south on US-1 that I'm going to try next time. read more

I've been to enough car washes to know never to trust them to clean the interiors only because they sometimes use cleaners on the Dash and instrument panel that leave a greasy film, or it permanently stains parts of the dash when the sun bakes it on. Or, the vacuum nozzle scratches the center console when they try to get into the cravasses. I've rememdied that by cleaning the interior myself. On my new truck, they are only allowed to wash the Exterior... What could go wrong? Pricing: The manager inconsistently prices the exterior wash (because it's not posted on the services menu) When I bring it to his attention, he corrects the price on the ticket. Quality: Usually, I have to point out spots that they missed. Damage: I notice new scrapes on the paint, likely from the metal nozzle on the Wand from the pressure cleaner physically touching into the truck as they rapidly move it left to right, thusly scratching my paint. The one thing I appreciate, is how quickly they wash it, but the sacrifice is too much given the the above listed issues. read more

Terrible! Volkswagen gives you a free car wash after their services and they use this facility...unfortunately. No one speaks english, they can't tell you the services or explain anything in detail and they do a really bad job of cleaning your car. This place stinks. The first time I went it took over an hour to get my car washed. Come on! That's ridiculous! But whatever, I thought maybe it was just a super busy day and they did do a pretty good job on my car so I thought I'd try it again another time. The second time I went I desperately needed to get my car waxed so I asked how long it would take them (they said 45 minutes) and I decided to go for it. It took them 20 minutes. 20 minutes? I'm sorry but if you can wash and wax a car in 20 minutes you're either a miracle worker or you did a terrible job. Well, there were no miracles that day - they just did a terrible job. Horrible! Keep away!!! I called ahead and asked again when I showed up if they used hot water extraction. I was told yes both times. Instead they used a blue windex looking solution and a brush on seats and carpet. Nothing extracted. Looked worse than before. Nooks and cranies were not even touched. The people here do a good job cleaning the car, and the waiting area is very comfortable. I did have to use the bathroom while waiting and that didn't match the cleanliness of the rest of the place. Not to mention you have to walk outside and around the building to get to it. Also, I've been here 2 times and the cashier couldn't give me change either time so I could tip the workers. beware do not take your car there they will not take responsibility if they damage your car they say they do but they won't. they scratch and chipped the clear coat of my car with the pressure cleaner caught on video and still said they did not do it. i will never go there again and i own four cars they lost my business and everyone that i know and i know a lot of people. if you do take your car there make sure you walk around the car with them before they put their hands on it to let them no that there is no damage on your car. so remember this a 25.00 car wash could cost you $500.00 later so beware. read more
