They were not upfront about how expensive dry cleaning my comforter would be, it had a stain, and then they charged me $75 and then told me they couldn't get the stain out. I was charged $56.56 for washing/drying/folding a thin Full/Queen duvet, a duvet cover, a Twin fitted sheet, a thin Twin mattress pad, two pillows and two pillow cases. Before calculating the price, which I thought the attendant said would be $36.00, she dumped my bedding out of the bag I had brought it in onto the dirty floor. When I got my laundry home and unwrapped it, the pillows were still damp. I called and was told that she had dried them for two hours. I was told to bring them back in the morning and she would dry them some more. (Not happening.) I have washed my own bedding until now and have never had to dry pillows for two hours. It made me believe that the temperatures on their dryers are deliberately set low, so that people will have to spend more money on drying. $56.56 felt like a huge rip off. read more

Just relocated to the Denver area and will never use their services again. More than half the dryers are out of order and the other dryers are so poorly maintained they barely dry your clothes. The washers leak so there is hardly in water left in the machine. When I spoke to one of the attendants about my dryer turning off and on she told me to use another dryer. Fine with me but when I told her I had 56 mins left on my time she was very rude. My suggestion for the owners is, "maintain your equipment for your business". I wish I could give this business no star or at least a 1/2 a star. read more

A good selection of washers and dryers in different sizes. Not too busy on Saturday late afternoons. Quarters only. Their change machine is working and gave me the correct amount of quarters in change. The washers have options like hot, warm, cold, delicate, gentle, heavy soil, and quick wash. Instructions easy to follow. Excellent signage around the place explaining steps or asking for no horseplay. Easy to see signage on the machine out of order. Only a handful out of order. My washers did not leak and I used three different ones. Prices start at $2 for a small load. The place is neat and tidy. I will probably come here again especially since they are open 24 hrs. read more

I found these guys back when we didn't have a washer or dryer -- wash and fold with them was waaaay easier than going to the laundromat. They also do dry cleaning at reasonable prices, and if you get on their good graces, they will pick up and deliver for free. As long as they keep at it, we will keep using their delivery service and ignore all other dry cleaners. Highly recommended. read more

Been going here for years to wash my comforters - today one gets tangled and didn't spin in the washer, thus ruining it. The lady manger decided to yell at me because I am in the wrong. She was very rude, condescending, and said her customers are dumb. She decided yelling at me was her approach. Another gentleman agreed with me that the managerial staff is awful. Bad news - For the second time they lost something of mine. They invited my to look in their comforter area, not there and they swore they didn't have it. Went home as it was clear they weren't going to find it and continue lying. An hour or so later, their clerk called me to tell me they found it. Of course I vowed never to go back in there again, but I did. I dropped off three tops for dry cleaning and two comforters. I keep my comforter in zippered storage bags and dropped them off in them. I asked the clerk to make sure to put the cleaned comforter back into the bags. One is pink, the other, gray and it is the gray that it missing. Both comforters were put in the pink zipper back and he insisted they never got a gray bag. Lesson learned about the is place, write out your own list of what. you're giving them and make them sign it. I went to the filthy place to discuss the missing bag. He swore up and down that they didn't have it. I tole them I was going to call the police to report a theft. He said he already called them before I even got there!! Guess they got a little nervous. I had a nice productive convo with one of the officers who told me she believed me but they couldn't make him give the $20 value or the bag. She strongly urged me to file a civil claim. I am doing that - even for just $20. We really have to advocate for ourselves in situations like this. There is no question that they have my bag. Use your critical thinking and spidey sense before giving these thieves your laundry/dry cleaning. BTW, my light green comforter has. little tear holes all over it. It's ruined and I will be adding that value to my small claims court action. I wonder what the clerk was expecting to happen when he called the police. In they came to find a short middle age person standing quietly while the launderers walked around me menacing me like trump did to Hillary during a debate. Their attendants pretend to not know English so they can rip you off when their machines break down. They are disrespectful and their treatment of customers is unacceptable. They do not clean this place or repair their machines. If a machine isn't working, they just tell you "it ok" and walk away. No refunds, no nothing. this is the most disgusting laundromat ever! they recently painted the walls but chose not to clean the walls first and so now the walls are textured with lint under the paint. more often than not half of the washing machines are broken down and the girl who works there is so rude that on top of the filth and broken machines, she was the last straw for me. I took my clothes here because they offer wash and fold for $1 per pound. It's amazing! I have pets and can't get the hair off using a normal washer and dryer. When I got my clothes back from here, they were free of pet hair, everything was folded nicely, and organized by clothing type (pants together, shirts together, and undergarments packed together). Nice shirts and jackets weren't folded, but instead put on hangers. I'm so glad I found this place! read more

Took like 5 garbage bags worth of dirty laundry and dropped it off for their wash and fold service. I felt superbad for dropping off so much at one time, but when I went to pick up the clothes THE NEXT DAY, everything was NEATLY FOLDED and bagged up. LOVED IT, and it was done so much better than if I had done it myself honestly. They are super busy with lots of other orders, but they were nice enough to accommodate to when I needed the laundry. RIPPPPPPP OFFFFFFFFF I thought because the owners were nice this would be a good place to get dry cleaning done, WRONG!!!!!!!! The owners are nice but they have some punk kid working there. He wears his pants down to his knees, so unprofessional. So i went in there with 4 shirts and a sweater that needed "Dry Cleaned". The kid told me it would cost $6 a garment to get dry cleaned and that they would definitely be able to remove a spot on one of the shirts. When i went in 5 days later, because that is when he told me it would be ready, there was still a spot on the shirt he said" sorry we couldn't get it out" So I spent $30 on dry cleaning. I was happy with the way the shirts came out except for the one that still had the spot, but I spent $6 a piece. I could have went up the road a mile to leetsdale ave. and spent $1.50 a garment for dry cleaning there. This place is a complete rip off!!!
