They were delivered to me on Monday afternoon and were absolutely stunning. It's Friday morning and I was very sad to see what they look like now. I'm not sure if it's normal for arrangements like these to last only 3 days.. Some flowers are still not dead so I think it was a mix of fresh flowers as well as some old ones maybe? ... The blue ones started shriveling on like day 2 and then others quickly followed. It was such a beautiful arrangement , but died too soon and I hoped it to last for at least a week. I wish I could give Steve and Tye 10 stars. They didn't just over deliver, they took the time to listen and care. Service We bought a number of flowers for my dad's funeral here. Steve (Erick) came over and spent time with us walking through each option including custom pieces. The time he took with us and his attention to detail was both unexpected and welcomed. On delivery day, there was an ice storm, delaying flowers he needed. Steve not only braved the storms to get this done for us, he took the time to call me and talk through what he could do. I called back and spoke with Tye about a time and delivery change. I was surprised to find the same amount of thoughtfulness from Tye that I received from Steve. Everything arrived on time and was better than we even expected. Quality Mastery. Although I knew they were limited on flowers, I was the only one that knew. Everything came out wonderfully! I ordered this bouquet to be sent to my mother in the hospital paid xtra for large bouquet and got this. Look at picture of what I ordered compared to what was delivered. I paid approximately $140 for this? I would never recommend them if you order online for delivery. Update ... I called them this morning, they are suppose to correct the issue. I will post the new arrangement when it is delivered. The man that answered the phone was very courteous and said he would fix problem immediately. They remade the arrangement and posted is the new one. My new rating would be 5 out of 5 for customer service and satisfaction. I placed an order for my daughter-in-law to congratulate her on her new job. Everything that could go wrong did, but the owner took over my issue and resolved it the same day. I am out of state and placed my order online, unknown to me my DIL got a new phone & new number on Sunday. I scheduled the delivery for Monday. The driver called me and left a message that he was unable to make the delivery because it was a large bank campus and my DIL wasn't answering her phone. The next day I received an email that my delivery had been made but I knew if it had been my DIL would have called. I called and the owner immediately took control and assured me that the delivery would be made that day if she had to do it herself. The beautiful arrangement arrived and my DIL was thrilled. Tom worked with me to come up with a game plan for what colors and flowers l would work perfectly with my bridesmaids dresses and other decor. I came in last night for the service of songs decorating flowers, which was a last minute thing. The ladies were very polite and great customer service as they helped me pick out what I needed. My husband and I were in the middle of something work-wise on the delivery day and my workplace required a signature so the person delivering the flowers tried both my husband and myself and they waited about 10 minutes for my husband to receive the flowers. Amazing customer service. The flowers were lovely and he was surprised. I wish they had tulips but I believe they were out of season. I'd order from this shop again though. I ordered flowers to be delivered on 12/20/18 to let my wife know I was looking forward to a date with her that we were going to have before going out of town for Christmas the next day. Now buckle up folks this is a comedy of errors: 1. The flowers arrived on 12/21/18 after I was already out of town. Flowers that aren't delivered on the day requested should not be charged for. 2. If this wasn't a big enough failure already, the wrong bouquet was delivered. My wife loves gerber daisies. The picture showed gerber daisies. The bouquet that arrived had zero gerber daisies. 3. Surely they can't mess this up any worse right? Wrong. The delivery driver left the glass vase on the rocking chair on my front porch. 4. I called Flowerama to address the issues on 12/22/18. They advised that they couldn't help me, because the owner has to approve all refunds. The second time I called them, they said that the flowers were indeed delivered on time! That came as a shock to me since we were awaiting a couple of packages for Christmas and had been monitoring the front porch for the gifts to arrive on time. I have sent their management team a screenshot of the flower delivery guy delivering the flowers on the wrong day from my security camera. I've called them three times now and they've given me the same 'waiting for the owner' response all three times. It's now 1/3/19 and I am still waiting for the owner to call me or a credit to show up. Neither of these things have happened. I gave them more than enough time to correct the issue without posting a negative review. I selected this florist because of the great reviews to have flowers delivered to my boss for her birthday. I selected a beautiful, bright, slightly more modern looking arrangement from their site. What was delivered was NOT what I ordered. Yes, it had the majority of the same flowers, but not all, and in a totally different color scheme than the picture on the site. The color scheme was the ENTIRE reason I picked the bouquet that I did...why put the picture on the site if what will be delivered is that much different?? I totally understand that not all color variations of flowers are available all the time, but I would think they would at least try to get closer than what they did. So today is my anniversary, and I decided to be a bit more fancy this year. I dropped my wife to a salon and nails, then I went to get some roses. This is my first time to buy roses here and I asked for 3 dozens of roses and the receptionists recommended me to get some sunflowers too. So I asked for 2 dozens and 4 sunflowers since 3 dozens might be too big for it. I also picked chocolate and candle to pay at the counter. However the receptionist charged me for 3 dozens price, so I asked if they can refund me the money. She gave me back the cost of 1dozen duplex roses with cash and Coins without tax!!!!! I am little disappointed since they couldn't give it back to my card and they also gave me coins without tax included!! I asked why there is no tax included. The other receptionist told me it's only a dollar something. I know how much is it. It is actually 2 dollars something to be honest. But this doesn't mean you guys are not obligated to give my money back. I was really mad!! In about a minute, she asked me if she can get my change back for me, I said it's fine. I really didn't want to stay there any longer. They can't ruin my anniversary! At least no people like that. I dropped some tips to the receptionist who packaged my flowers and left. Overall: The cost was really high compare to the flowers and service. The service received lower than average to be modest. The flowers are nice! Not much better than Costco to be honest. I am for sure not coming back to this location ever! I strongly recommending y'all to not come here as well, you can get much better service at other location for sure based on my experience or if you guys want a lower price option Costco is fine as well!
