I threw a VERY LAST minute Quinseanera Style sweet Sixteen birthday for my daughter last weekend and Alexa Party Rental Delivered EARLY and picked up Late (A VERY GOOD THING), as if they knew how tired I'd be from the party! What I mean be picking up "Late" is that they gave me a few extra hours to pull myself together and have their items READY for pick up. However I was so tired and behind schedule the next day, when they arrived, Absolutely Nothing was ready for pick up! Instead of charging me extra or leaving and then charging me extra to return, they assisted me in taking down the tables and chairs, while repeatedly Thanking me for my business! I've never met such a humble Business in my life! I will be using them in the Near future and lifetime for upcoming Special events that I want to turn out Flawless! Initially I criticized them, thinking their chairs looked like they wouldn't hold a lady bug But I was so wrong about that, because they told me their chairs accommodate 200 lbs, but when a teenager weighing nearly 300 sat down in one of the chairs COMFORTABLY for nearly 45 min., Alexa proved me wrong They treated me like family from beginning to end and like I said this is just the beginning of a life long business relationship, moving forward. Because w me being a grandma, a mother of five and loving to host events, I promise to do more business w Alexa moving forward! Lo que quiero decir con recoger "tarde" es que me dieron unas horas adicionales para recuperarme y tener sus artículos LISTOS para recoger. I didn't get much interaction with the wife but the husband was rude and their products were horrible. Oh, but the husband (James) was kind and professional when my husband showed up so what does that say about him? Hmmm... their items were low quality, scratched (especially the table tops for the whiskey barrel toppers), the table linen sizes we got were in consistent and marked incorrectly. The hexagon wedding arch was so worn out and rickety that we had to call on the help of Grace Bradley Event and Design the DAY OF the wedding to bring us a new arch. (Tiffany at Grace Bradley was AMAZING by the way.). They said they would refund the arch but they have yet to do so. Spending money and driving an hour and a half to Simply Chic (just to save a few dollars) was NOT worth it. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Definitely go with Grace Bradley or 5 Star rentals.

This of course screams red flag (scam) if a company will not put something in writing and provide you an invoice for what you owe and what you are getting for your money until you pay them. Super shady and I am disappointed that I wasted my time to find out they were playing games. The definition of an invoice is what you owe for something before it is received!
