Brought the wife's brand new pair of high boots made of thick leather that needed to be stretched as well as three pairs of Allen Edmonds for myself that needed to have the bottoms covered in rubber to protect them. Store owner got right down to business and showed us exactly what he was going to do it and reassured us. We went back three times so he could continue to adjust the boots as well as my pair of Allen Edmonds cordovan loafers which are super stiff. Everything turned out great! Yuri took a look at them and told me $40 to not only replace the soles, but rebuild the heel as well. But that's not all.
