Everyone there are very nice and helpful. I had mine done 25 years ago when I was 17 and I had to pay for my braces all on my own. Without any credit card, my only option was to save up. Magic Smiles is the only place that have their own financing and affordable plan. Fast forward to now, it's my daughter's turn for her braces. She loves it! Dr. Doleac and his amazing team at Magic Smiles are absolutely incredible. Over the past few years we got me from a complete mess to a post-jaw surgery perfect smile! They set me up on a very easy and affordable plan with Invisalign and every couple weeks to a month, I came in for a quick checkup and to grab my next set of retainers. The staff is always very, very nice, straightforward and efficient. Magic Smiles also makes it great for all ages, with tokens that can be redeemed for gift cards, themed days where everyone dresses up and/or they decorate the office, free ice cream days and a lobby with chairs so comfy it can be tough to get up. Time is never wasted here either; if your appointment is an hour they'll get the job done in an hour. This helps for someone like me who works a lot and needs to be precise with time. They also have appointments early in the morning (7am) which is fantastic for working professionals and kids who don't want to miss school. Be sure to get a written copy of what to expect for the services you pay for. I paid $3500 for my granddaughter to get invisalign. She got them on without even seeing Dr. Doleac, Covid hit, and she didn't go into the office for 4 months. When she did, they had her quit and come back in 4 months to let teeth grow in. When we did, they wanted another $3500 to finish the job. No finishing the first part, no retainer or explanation when I asked for it. read more

I wanted to make an appointment to transfer my invisalign case to this dentist but the front desk receptionist was so utterly rude I decided to go elsewhere. Upon asking about insurance and if they would even consider taking on my case, the receptionist told me that "it would be significantly cost you a lot out of pocket- and I can guarantee you it will not be covered under insurance). Well, let me tell you-- after that, I don't think I will be returning because if my first impression is THAT terrible over the phone, I cannot imagine how terrible it would be in person. Don't ignore the negative reviews of others previously on Yelp, they are there for a reason. And heed their warning! If I have to drive out of state to find an Elite provider to, I will. I was able to get in right away for our first consultation and they explained everything without being pushy, I appreciated the laid back and informative vibe. But don't misunderstand when I say laid back, they are professional and super detailed. I highly recommend Dr.Doleac . I went to him as a last effort, I had my Invisalign redone twice with my first dentist but my teeth were still not straight. My experience with Dr. Doleac was so much better his staff did impressions ONCE and this June I'm completely done and LOVE my straight teeth . Wonderful experience overall. They were not too pushy or slick and explained why I needed the treatment I did. The staff was all very friendly and helpful and the facility was clean and comfortable. My only complaints would be that they filed the edges of my two front teeth without asking permission first and the Orthodontist had a very dry sense of humour, always telling me that my braces would be off in a few years or some other such thing. While I found this slightly annoying after a while many people may enjoy his sense of humor. Overall he is a wonderful doctor. If you are looking for a good, solid orthodontist, especially if you are a teenager, your search may very well be over. read more

Dr. Doleac amd his team are fantastic! I had my adult braces on for 15 months and my teeth look amazing. I thought I didn't really need braces before, but boy was I wrong after seeing them afterwards. I smile much more and with more confidence and have gotten plenty of compliments. The atmosphere is great and in my opinion it feels like going to my friends house because I end up chatting and laughing so much with everyone who works there. Everyone is truly competent and made me feel at ease. They took great care of me. I highly highly recommend them for a perfect instagram and facebook smile. P.S. After now reading some of the other reviews I am not sure how someone can honestly be dissatisfied with the staff or with Dr. Doleac. As long as you understand that insurance won't cover all of braces; have a friendly demeanor and a sense of humor; and follow their directions, everything should go well. I had my braces done with Dr. Doleac at this location and I was surprised by how nice they were and how easy the whole process was. I wasn't a very good patient when it came to foods I shouldn't eat, and as a result I broke my braces too many times to count. But every time I broke them it wasn't hard or a big deal to have it fixed. I'd call and have an appointment within a couple days and be ready to go. All the staff is really nice there and seemed like they all knew me (probably because of how bad my teeth were). Every time I'd go in I would be greeted with a smile and friendly face, and the ladies working on my teeth were nice and easy to talk to every time. Dr. D is a pretty cool old school dude which I like. What made me write this review is that I lost my retainers and came to get a new pair. It had been a couple weeks since I lost them so my bottom teeth shifted, which made me decide to go get a new pair. It was a very tricky situation because I need a few crowns done in the following January which would mean I would need a different pair of retainers in January. Dr. D and the team were very nice about the whole situation and figured out what would be the best way for me to go about this without loosing a ton of money. In the end they found a way for me to get retainers today and get new ones in January without having to pay for two pairs, they also gave me a bottom retainer for me to wear while I wait for the new ones to come in, for no charge! Which is awesome. I'm very satisfied with the way these guys handle business and go out of their way to help patients out. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to have their teeth fixed. read more

I recently completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr Doleac and his really amazing staff, and every time I look in the mirror I can't help but smile! The result is excellent, as I knew it would be, but what really sets this office apart is the total experience. Clinically, the care I received was top notch - gentle assistants took great care of me, and Dr Doleac is amazing. The front office staff was very friendly and definitely helpful. But what was really cool was the humor in that office. I found myself laughing every time I was there- I just wasn't expecting to have so much fun! I got my braces on it August of 2010, and started with an orthodontist named Dr. Brown. Midway through my braces journey, Dr. Brown left the office leaving all patients for Dr. Doliac. At first I was scared that Doliac would not be as good as Dr. Brown, since he was extremely professional and nice. After just a few appointments, I started to realize that Dr. Doliac was just as good as Dr. Brown! Both orthodontists showed traits of kindness and professionalism. Aside from the great orthodontists here, the assistant are all so nice and it was always fun talking to them. They make for a relaxing and swift visit. All the staff here are amazing, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend my time with braces at. The whole atmosphere of the office is calm and relaxing. Dr Doleac has been in touch with me since the incident that caused me to feel very uncomfortable coming to this office. He has apologized for the way in which he approached me about it. He let me know he had some family problems that had him on edge and that is why he was short. It was just an occasion where Dr Doleac made a mistake. It happened and although I was hurt about the experience I completely forgive him. My braces have come off and the results are okay. There were some things that couldn't be resolved. I had four teeth removed to make for less crowding in my teens and the gaps remained. Dr Doleac tried using wires and bands to close it up as much as possible and although there is contact the gaps are still there although not very noticeable. My two front teeth have always sort of stuck out more than the rest and they still do, just not as badly as before. I am not in love with the results but I will say that my bite is much more even now and that does make me happy. That's as good as it gets I guess. I have had braces twice and this time I was really serious about it and I wish that for the more than ten thousand dollars I have put into my teeth that I could really be ecstatic about them. Oh well, I guess it's as good as it's going to get because I am not doing it again. read more
