Nominal at best. The kids pre washing were obviously not paying attention in training.

Disappointing. Mister policy is that they won't wash the back of your vehicle because "this is a…read more'express car wash' and it slows things down". We've been using this car wash for years (back when it was Bush Car Wash), and for the last year or so we've subscribed to the Platinum monthly wash for multiple vehicles. When I asked today to make sure the back of the truck was washed, I was told they would as a 1x exception, as "it's always been policy to not wash the back of the vehicle". WHY AM I PAYING FOR MULTIPLE 'PLATINUM' CAR WASH SUBSCRIPTIONS IF THE ENTIRE VEHICLE ISN'T WASHED? Apparently the joke is on me. ;) I spoke with the manager and calmly asked them to pass up the chain of command that we'll be taking our business elsewhere, the 'policy that's always been in place' was never communicated, and that they should consider washing the entire vehicle to meet customer expectations. And the funny sidebar, even though they made a 1x exception to wash the tailgate (which they said wasn't actually dirty as I pulled in), the front and back are still dirty - and no wheel shine was applied (part of platinum subscription). See photos immediately after wash.

Me, "No thank you." Him, "Ok, do you want to tip our crew today?" Me, "Well, sure, do they wipe the car down?" Him, "No, they do not." Me, "Ok, do they vacuum it?" Him, "No, they do not." Me, "Then what does the crew do?" Him, "One of us will wave you into the wash bay." Me, "So I wipe it down and I vacuum it myself. Do you provide courtesy towels? No, "Sorry, we do not." Me, "Then I think I'll tip myself a Starbucks after I leave." ‍

I trust the guys here at this Valvoline location. They might not always be the cheapest but I…read moreoperate a very busy lifestyle and convenience is where it's at for me. Whether it's a quick oil change (usually what I come here for) or a transmission fluid flush, I know I can always count on these guys to do a good job in a short amount of time with no appointment needed. The guys here are friendly and helpful. They also don't push too hard to sell you any additional services that are "due." If you're just getting a simple oil change or a fluid flush, I definitely recommend Valvoline to anyone here in the valley!

It pains me to write negative reviews, but people need the resources to make decisions…read more I recently visited Valvoline after needing an oil change and loving that I didn't need to get out of my car. As a parent, this convenience seemed amazing. Upon my arrival, 2 cars were in front of me and I was greeted within a few minutes and the process explained. Im thinking to myself, "wow, I like this." I'd also gotten recommendations and thought I'd be paying less than my previous establishment. Pull in for my turn and I'm told my oil change would be $99! I'm already in the bay and was not about to leave at this point. (This was $20 more than my previous establishment that included a 16 point vehicle inspection, tire rotation and car wash). I was immediately told I needed a new air filter, which was coincidentally on sale. I was shocked because it had just been changed 6 months ago (for the first time I might add) and my previous establishment told me they don't even check it, they just recommend per mileage which happened at 60k miles. So I obliged as they showed a dirty filter. Toward the end of my visit, the service manager mentioned my fan was still running but proceeded as though this was normal. I'm no car person but I also hadn't driven much in the last 2 months so I thought maybe my car was just trying to cool. I get home and it ran for 4 minutes. Over the next 18 hours, I made 3 trips each resulting in 4 minutes of my fan running each time. My check engine light also came on. As I became nervous and needing to return to work the next day, I managed to find a mechanic to take a look. As I explained the scenario, he immediately noticed a wiring that was completely unhooked (picture attached after hooked back up to show location). Thankfully I didn't wait because who knows what damage could have evolved. I called the 1-800 number. They apologized and offered me a coupon and forwarded to the manager. He calls me and blames training by the previous manager and claims he will talk to the techs. I explain that he was the one working on my car and he says "I'd have to watch cameras." Luckily I *only* spent $111 for the 20 minute convenience of not getting out during covid, but it's clear they only care about making money as quickly as possible and not about potential expensive mistakes along the way. I definitely won't be returning.

I initially took it to a Toyota dealership that blew out the drain pipes that are on both sides of the roof. That worked for a couple of months but began leaking in January. When I returned to the Toyota dealership they determined that the skylight was the issue & quoted $1659.94 to replace the sunroof glass saying that the rubber seal on the sunroof was failing. I have never used the sunroof & when I looked at the rubber seal it looked brand new! I then went to the Windshield Doctor and met Dillan LeGrand. I explained the issue & he spent the next few hours sealing the drains while I waited. He charged a $100.00 fee for time and materials. He said to wait until it rained to insure the roof did not leak. After several weeks & no rain I decided to go through the car wash over the weekend. Not a drop of water leaked through the roof!! Yesterday I went to the shop & was thrilled to pay his fee. Dillan provided a solution to the problem, was courteous, creative and I highly recommend Dillan & his abilities! The Toyota dealership saw a silver haired senior woman, driving a Lexus & went "ChaChing"!! BS on that. Thank you Dillan LeGrand!
