I own a 2018 Lexus RX 350. In November it developed a water leak that came through the eyeglass holder in the roof. I initially took it to a Toyota dealership that blew out the drain pipes that are on both sides of the roof. That worked for a couple of months but began leaking in January. When I returned to the Toyota dealership they determined that the skylight was the issue & quoted $1659.94 to replace the sunroof glass saying that the rubber seal on the sunroof was failing. I have never used the sunroof & when I looked at the rubber seal it looked brand new! I then went to the Windshield Doctor and met Dillan LeGrand. I explained the issue & he spent the next few hours sealing the drains while I waited. He charged a $100.00 fee for time and materials. He said to wait until it rained to insure the roof did not leak. After several weeks & no rain I decided to go through the car wash over the weekend. Not a drop of water leaked through the roof!! Yesterday I went to the shop & was thrilled to pay his fee. Dillan provided a solution to the problem, was courteous, creative and I highly recommend Dillan & his abilities! This place was a life-saver after my windshield got hit with a pebble on a nearby highway that caused a fast-growing crack. My insurance wanted my $500 deductible to replace it or they recommended Safelite for $460 . A co-worker recommended this place to me and after walking in, I was instantly given a quote and easily made an appointment for a couple of days later for a price that saved me money. I saved about $100. The morning of my appointment, I got a call from the shop saying that the glass they got in for my car was scratched and he wanted to re-order a new one for me. My insurance did not say they were a 'preferred' option, but they worked with them anyway. I did have to go out of our hometown for this service and it was well worth it! They were so professional the entire time. They ensured my windshield was the quality needed for my specific vehicle as it has a 'heads up display'. They kept me informed of the process, secured an appointment that worked around my schedule and were quicker than they expected to get the job done. Look no further. This is the best place to go in the area! I had a huge chip in my windshield that I got before I made my first car payment. OUCH! Since it was so low on the windshield, I waited a bit to get it replaced. When it was time, I looked around & made some calls. One place I called told me the windshield did not need to be calibrated. Well, I know that is not true. I called here & after a discussion about my needs, he ordered a windshield for me. Took a week to come in. Called & he made appointment. Brought in. Repaired that day in about 3 1/2 hrs. They were able to save the sticker for my car wash & reapply on the new windshield & they even wiped down my dash. They recommended I go to Walmart to buy blades as they are cheaper & would put them on for me. Well, during this time my father went into the hospital & I was too busy. Stone chip repair. An auto mechanic came. Grind to smooth the damaged spot, applied resin, and then remove the surplus resin by a blade. I was told that it's done. It was less then 5 minutes. I asked how come no heating/suction applied. He said his gel is more advance and no need to do that. He said that it is life time warranty. He then left. I called other stone chip repairers. I was told that heating/suction is always applied. I called this company to question about the propriety of the repair work. I was told that I cannot challenge the professional worker's judgement. A moment later, the mechanic called and rebuke me for calling the company to raise question about his workmanship .... I will not use this company in the future. read more

The best!!! Both rear windows on my jeep dropped down. I called them and they blocked up the windows for free until the parts came in. They found me a lower price on the rather expensive parts. They were flexible with my schedule and offered me rides to drop off and pick up my car. They were also friendly beyond measure. A great place and a great job. read more

My personal experience with this establishment was, well, beyond atrocious. The business standards that were demonstrated to me was the worst I've experienced. My experience with the windshield doctor begins with my car's windshield receiving a rock chip. I call my insurance to figure out my options. They gave me free rein for where I wanted to go. Being a local guy, I try to support local businesses whenever I can, I chose windshield doctor. I arrive at the shop, and all was well. We work out a insurance claim, set up an appointment, the staff seemed friendly, but inexperienced, and lacked training. That was the end of anything remotely pleasant. After a few days it was time to bring my car in. They drop me off, and within a couple of hours they were done. I proceed to pick up my car and thought nothing of it. As I was driving later on that day, I noticed my rearview mirror was a little crooked, and when it began to rain, the rain sensor wasn't working at all. So I give them a call and let them know of the small issues. We reschedule. I drop off my car, and they drop me off and pick me up again when they were finished. They apparently forgot to remove the seal covering the rain sensor. Small mistakes, again I thought nothing of it. But now, the rearview mirror was out of position, not fallowing any of the guidelines, and even more crooked. As soon as I notice, I let them know. They schedule me in again. This time around I'm dealing with be owner. I let him know of my dilemma and we go and take a look. At this point I was still at it with a happy go lucky attitude, mistakes happen, oh well. Thinking that it was no big deal, and that I'd be out of there in a jiffy, man was I wrong. We get into my car and take a look. He states that he sees nothing wrong. I'll attach/link a couple of pictures so you can judge for yourself. After about 20minutes of me offering to get an outside, unbiased opinion on rather the placement was correct or not. He "suddenly" sees that it wasn't correct . He blamed his eyes and age. Does he offer to fix their mistake? No. Now his excuses are, but not limited to; *"I never looked at the original, for all we know that's how they all are" *"That's how the factory designed it" *"It's meant to look like that for certain angles of the car" After about 30 minutes I grew annoyed. Eventually it comes out that he didn't want to risk tampering with it because it can harm the Audi rain sensor, which they would've had to replace. Due to inexperienced I would assume. Now I'm upset, I had just wasted an hour and 15 minutes because they were beating around the bush. Not willing to own up to their own fault. At this point he gets the manager involved. Who is one of very few people that I can not say even a glimpse of any thing good about. The entire time she seems to think that it's ok to directly and indirectly insult a customer. Me being a business man myself, I was shocked at how poorly they were handling a (what should have been) small issue. At that point I was very upset and annoyed, I asked the manager to stop with her rude insults. To which she denies and does it immediately fallowing. I then try my best to avoid her from then on, it was a lost cause. I ask the owner "are you guys going to do anything to fix your work". The reply I got was simply "No" at which point I was asked to get into my car and leave. Which was likely for the best. The irony here is they claim to have a "Satisfaction guarantee" and their company's slogan is "We do it right, the first time". I was never satisfied, nor was the work done right. Stopped in to see if I could get some help with the molding for my windshield. People were very helpful, told me that is was for looks, just sounds really bad when its flapping in the wind. They didn't try to sell me anything....and didn't charge me for removing the molding. I will definitely be coming here for my next windshield. read more

I had a pretty deep ding on my windshield, I thought for sure they would say the whole windshield needed to be replaced. Instead they did a fabulous job fixing the ding. The young lady at the counter was kind to point out they offer shuttle service. I opted to wait since it only took an hour. They offer Netflix and free wifi in the waiting area. I called Windshield Doctor from Western Washington because a car I had loaned my parents' caregiver had a cracked windshield due to the cold weather. They offered to drive to my parents' house (Mom & Dad can no longer drive) pick up the car and deliver it back - all on the same day. I gave them my insurance information and was quoted a minimal deductible. Imagine my surprise when my Mom said the car was delivered back with the deductible waived. What wonderful people. Had a rental car passing through town and noticed that we had a small ding that we had not noticed when we picked up the car. Bud at the Windshield doctor told us that the ding had already been repaired and was just a bad job.
