I don't give out many 5 stars. It means there is no room for improvement. If I could, I would give O's a 4.5 because they are so close to perfect! O's does a great job. Hand wash, hand dried. I have a black 4runner that is hard to get completely clean. Basically it has to be washed twice, and is hard to wash because it is big and has a sunroof. I usually get "the works" because they do the inside and out, including my floor mats and tires. I feel like my car has been detailed when they are done. One time they even found my daughter's Camelback water bottle under the seat. We thought we had left it somewhere, but it was just stuck way under the seat. How it works: You drive up and wait for the attendant to come out to you, they will write the package you chose on your window to make sure it gets done right. Then you may go inside to pay (usually with the same guy). You can wait there and read a good book, OR just let them know you will be back and they will bring your keys out to you when you get back. I usually walk downtown (it is a bit of a long walk, maybe 3/4 mile), and swing into Brights for some caramel corn or visit Sweetwater for a cute card, then walk back and my girl is shiny and new again. The ONLY thing that keeps me from rating them 5 stars is they don't roll down the windows and clean that little bit of window that is left in there. It is really being nit-picky because they do clean the doors inside and out and open the back lift and clean that all off too. I probably just need to ask them to do it and I have no doubt they would. Really friendly and polite guys ALWAYS! read more

Wow! Fast, friendly, quality work from everyone at O's. We are from out of town and ended up with the front end of our car full of bugs after driving for 12 hours. This place is amazing! It isn't your traditional car wash, everything done by hand and done exceptionally well. I feel like my car is brand new again every time I leave O's. While we live out of the area, we always take advantage of a stop at O's when going anywhere near Walla Walla. It's hands down one of my favorite service businesses in the Walla Walla area, and one of the best automotive washing/detail services I've used. For about $15 you get a full hand-wash car wash, and for about $25 you get a full interior cleaning in addition to the exterior hand-wash. These prices may initially seem on the high side, but after you receive your freshly washed ride you'll realize its absolutely worth it. The attention to detail by the staff is excellent, and the manager always has greeted me in a kind, professional way. The O's 'Club' knocks several bucks off the various price points, and is available for a nominal annual fee - - if you wash your car even a half a dozen times a year it pays for itself. The waiting room is air-conditioned and vending machines are available with snacks and drinks. This time of the year, bugs can do a number on the car, and I've never been very good at getting rid of them myself. Automatic car washes certainly don't get rid of them all. The $20 hand car wash at O's seems to be the ticket though. Drop your car off and head downtown for a coffee while they work. You'll be glad you did. read more

I pulled in and saw the price of nearly $15 and was shocked but when I watched them wash my car I was so impressed!!!. door sills, inside doors, dash, and seriously every area of my car was hand washed at least 3 times. I watched 4 men work my car over. One guy washed first, then another and another. I then watched them get a steps to really wash the top of my car. I mean ever inch and my car was really filthy from mountain pass driving. I was so impressed, I gave them a $5 tip and then brought my truck in. Seriously, this is the best car wash I have ever had. O's Hand Car Wash provides exceptional service and quality. I had my truck washed (inside and outside wash, $37). I was impressed from the get-go with my experience at this business. I arrived about 10 minutes before the business opened but was greeted nonetheless by a person who turned out to be Chris, the operations manager. I told him I was in no hurry and could wait until they were open. A few minutes before opening Chris approached my truck and told me they were ready if I'd like them to get started with my wash, which I did. When my truck came out the other end and was ready to go, it was immaculate! I have a technical and management background and would like to address the operations manager's oversight. In a word: STERLING. He was actively engaged in every part of the operation. He was obviously willing to help with any involved in the operation. Point is, he didn't rest for even a moment in the hour or so that I was there. He treated customers and employees alike respectfully. He introduced himself to me, remembered my name and addressed me by name. I observed that he addressed other customers by their names as well. This clearly demonstrates that customer care and relationships are important to him - not just overseeing employee operations. He's a full-spectrum manage manager, and O's Hand Car Wash hit the lottery to have him on their team. I recommend the car wash. Side note: I mentioned at the RV park I'm staying at that I had gotten my truck washed and was extremely satisfied. They immediately said it was O's Hand Car Wash. I was told the detail shop at this place did chrome plating. I drove from the Tri Cities with some motorcycle parts only to pick them up later only to find the clear coat, which was peeling, removed and no chrome plating. At this time I was told they have never done chrome plating. Had I been told this when I dropped the parts off, I wouldn't have wasted my time nor money. read more

have been to OS Car Wash multiple times since they have opened. I loved right at the start however since then the work has gotten sloppy. The last 3 times they did not empty my trash and didn't vacuum the dog hair off the back seat. Today I specifically asked for the trash to be emptied and backseat to be vacuumed thoroughly and asked for hatch back to be vacuumed and wiped down. They said "no problem". Got in to drive away and found the trash still full, dog hair still on the backseat and the hatch wasn't touched. I've decided I no longer want to pay $41 to have my car slightly clean :) they did great on the external. Great customer service and hard working staff :) read more
