I initially took it to a Toyota dealership that blew out the drain pipes that are on both sides of the roof. That worked for a couple of months but began leaking in January. When I returned to the Toyota dealership they determined that the skylight was the issue & quoted $1659.94 to replace the sunroof glass saying that the rubber seal on the sunroof was failing. I have never used the sunroof & when I looked at the rubber seal it looked brand new! I then went to the Windshield Doctor and met Dillan LeGrand. I explained the issue & he spent the next few hours sealing the drains while I waited. He charged a $100.00 fee for time and materials. He said to wait until it rained to insure the roof did not leak. After several weeks & no rain I decided to go through the car wash over the weekend. Not a drop of water leaked through the roof!! Yesterday I went to the shop & was thrilled to pay his fee. Dillan provided a solution to the problem, was courteous, creative and I highly recommend Dillan & his abilities! The Toyota dealership saw a silver haired senior woman, driving a Lexus & went "ChaChing"!! BS on that. Thank you Dillan LeGrand!

You did nothing to offer help. 3. Retrain your staff or rewrite your policy. You are a simple dispatch service who farms out the work to a local and takes a cut off the top. The Kennewick shop (on Clearwater) during a mobile install, incorrectly installed my F150…read morewindshield. They attempted to repair the first install at the shop. During the second install, they reinstalled the same windshield (did not use the OEM windshield they had on hand.) The second install was done very poorly. The seal on the top of the windshield would not allow water to drain appropriately. And during the second install they also caused damage to the A-pillar and cowling.

A full size deer broadsided the front of my SUV while I was in Walla Walla on business. That SUV wasn't going anywhere and I had everywhere else to be. Chad and the rest of the folks at NW Collision took it in and made my life so easy. Besides being super friendly and funny as hell, they dealt directly with my insurance, they repaired the SUV back to new, and they didn't even eat the Halloween candy I had to abandon when it got towed!
