Just two minutes after stepping out, I walked back in and was suddenly told we had to come back later. The communication was unprofessional, and the interaction itself was not kind. As a mother and daughter, it left us questioning whether we were being taken seriously as customers. We were ready to have two vehicles serviced one immediately and another scheduled- and had heard great things about your business, including your homemade air fresheners. Instead, we were dismissed without any attempt to keep our business. At the very least, you could have offered to schedule us or shown some effort to accommodate us. I don't mind paying more for good service, but I do expect to feel valued, and that did not happen here. First impressions matter. Being quoted, then turned away moments later, was frustrating and disappointing. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

It is definitely clean, but after riding in it for one day, I've noticed some areas that they missed. I paid for the platinum package which is $230 for a crossover vehicle. The interior is leather, and with two kids the seats had spills and splashes. While those splashes are gone, my seats do not look conditioned as the package advertises. I'm guessing conditioned means that a conditioning product is applied to leather, but there's no slight shine to it. So I'm unsure if that was done. The e-brake area still has debris under it, a lot of it. So I was a bit disappointed that it was overlooked or forgotten about. The back and sides of my seats still had a little bit of specks on them, which didn't seemed wiped down completely. Windows were clean inside and out, so that was a plus. Tires were shiny and rims were cleaned. Carpets were vacuumed and shampooed. Trunk mat and carpet underneath were cleaned and vacuumed. The main reason why I'm not doing 4 stars is because I called the day before and we agreed on 9 AM the next day. At 9:15 I called and left a message. A couple minutes later I got a text saying they were running behind and that the crew would call me shortly. Not long after that, they called me to let me know they would be there in 30 mins. They got here at 10, technically an hour after what I was expecting, and I would've preferred to have gotten a text or call letting me know they would be late, instead of me waiting 15 mins to call and see what was going on. An hour into the job, they let me know they have to go back and get some equipment they forgot. An hour later, they were back. By 2:30 they were finally done. The men worked hard and did an overall good job. My car wasn't squeaky clean to begin with, and it is definitely cleaner now. But I wish the owner/crew would've notified me about being late sooner, and that they had all the equipment they needed for the job. The pricing seems on par with detailers in the DMV, but for that price, I would've loved a little more attention to detail and getting here on time with everything they need for the job.

Damon told me he had availability, and arranged to come by within 2 hours. He brought his detailing van and got right to business. Within an hour and 15 mins, he was finished giving my car his premium wash service package. He also offers several other wash packages to match your detailing needs. He throughly cleaned the inside and outside of my car, as well as the tires...and was able to clean off some sticky sauce spillage that occurred on one of my leather back seats. Yelp peeps..the reviews are true! He provides 5 star service..and his business is black-owned, so I was more than happy to support this local business owner! Highly recommend!

Professionalism and respect is really all you need to keep permanent clients, but I don't think the owner of this company inhibits any of those attributes. The company is called 'Quality Standard Cleaning,' yet I don't see anything pertaining to 'quality' or 'standards.' I reached out to this detail service after a recommendation, and booked an appointment via their online reservation system. The only options that were available were 5:30pm and 6:00pm. I looked through numerous dates, and these same time slots were available. I booked a 5:30pm appointment and sent a courtesy text to the number provided to let them know I booked said appointment on said date. The owner (I assume the owner), reached back out suggesting 4:00pm as it gets dark early toward the later part of the afternoon (I of course knew this with it being January of 2026). I certainly would have booked an earlier time...if it was available on the site as an option. No harm no foul. Fast forward to the appointment date, rain was on the forecast and we had to re-schedule. Again, no harm no foul. Weather can't be controlled. We re-scheduled for the following week, and I asked if a specific Wednesday at 4:00pm would work. The owner asked if it could be a bit earlier, and we settled on 3:30pm. Fast forward again to the re-scheduled appointment date, and I receive a text earlier in the day that rain is in my area and the owner just wanted to send a heads up. It's not very difficult to look outside or check the weather forecast, but there was no rain. My wife was home the entire day, no rain. Any guesses? It did not rain this day. Not wanting to get out of line or question the owner's weather prediction, I waited until appointment time. 3:30pm rolls around and he has not arrived yet. I did have to empty my vehicle twice (including the first time) along with two car seats (not exactly the easiest nor convenient in terms of the time it takes to do it). 3:45pm rolls around and he has not arrived yet. 4:15pm rolls around and he has not arrived yet. Don't businesses owners usually offer a 15 minute grace period? I'd like to think I'm over that threshold. I sent a text at 4:15pm stating that we don't have to proceed with the appointment, and I will hire someone else's services. The owner responds back stating he is '7 minutes out, but that is fine.' Wait a minute.....didn't you say you wanted to start earlier (3:30pm), to which we agreed, yet you didn't make 3:30pm or 4:00pm....and the biggest part? No courtesy text. A quick "hey I am running late and here is my ETA." Am I supposed to predict the future like your weather forecast prediction? Moral of the story as said in the first sentence. Time is money. If you don't like money, don't waste someone's time. All of the excuses just added up and it is disappointing that I had my time wasted by someone who doesn't value company standards, respect, professionalism and time. If you don't want to do the job, just say that. I would rather an owner say "I am going to decline this job" rather than being given the run around. A little advice to any business owners or potential clients reading this review, don't sacrifice your time for ineptitude. Make sure you root your business and conversations on respect and professionalism. Don't bother with this company and find someone reputable.

What I found is that the area between Clinton and Waldorf does not have a ton of great-quality car washes, so I was excited to see a new option. And honestly, based on my experience, I will have to come back! It's pretty brand new, so with the exception of the mat washing station, everything is in great working order. This is car wash spot that offers, unlimited membership, à la car, car, washes, free, vacuums, and a number of other things. As a member, and maybe even if you just buy regular car washes, you get free wipes and air fresheners. Love that. The vacuums actually do suck. But I mean that in a good way. At other nearby car washes, there is very little suction coming from the vacuums. That is not the case here. The vacuums worked really well and helped me get months of dropped snacks and everything in between out of the car. If you're a member, you also have access to the members lounge, which features a sink for handwashing, as well as complementary beverages. There is a whole fountain soda machine in here, which is a huge perk if you're cleaning out your car and want something cool to drink. Love that. At the vacuum stations, there is glass cleaner as well as all purpose cleaner and reusable towels. There's a spot for clean towels and dirty towels, and they were well stocked on my visit. What I appreciated most, however, was how nice the employees I had the opportunity to interact with her. There was one man, in particular, who was extremely kind. He's the one who welcomed me to the car wash, explain, explained how it worked, told me about the perks and benefits, and checked in on me as I was doing my thing to make sure I had what I needed. He was super nice and pleasant across the board. Also worth noting, if you have a membership, you can go through either of the two open lanes. There is someone there to guide you into the car wash, which I always find helpful. Their prices on their site are super reasonable, too. I think they're running a special since they've just opened, but even without it, the prices are about what you would pay elsewhere and for the value you get, totally worth it. I called Art's and Chris said to bring it in (I've been a loyal customer of Art's for 9 years). They were able to squeeze me in at the last minute, fix my tire, air up the rest of my tires, and made sure I was safe to leave on my trip.
