Overall, it was a pretty decent detail. My car interior was pretty messy and it looks better than it did before. It is definitely clean, but after riding in it for one day, I've noticed some areas that they missed. I paid for the platinum package which is $230 for a crossover vehicle. The interior is leather, and with two kids the seats had spills and splashes. While those splashes are gone, my seats do not look conditioned as the package advertises. I'm guessing conditioned means that a conditioning product is applied to leather, but there's no slight shine to it. So I'm unsure if that was done. The e-brake area still has debris under it, a lot of it. So I was a bit disappointed that it was overlooked or forgotten about. The back and sides of my seats still had a little bit of specks on them, which didn't seemed wiped down completely. Windows were clean inside and out, so that was a plus. Tires were shiny and rims were cleaned. Carpets were vacuumed and shampooed. Trunk mat and carpet underneath were cleaned and vacuumed. The main reason why I'm not doing 4 stars is because I called the day before and we agreed on 9 AM the next day. At 9:15 I called and left a message. A couple minutes later I got a text saying they were running behind and that the crew would call me shortly. Not long after that, they called me to let me know they would be there in 30 mins. They got here at 10, technically an hour after what I was expecting, and I would've preferred to have gotten a text or call letting me know they would be late, instead of me waiting 15 mins to call and see what was going on. An hour into the job, they let me know they have to go back and get some equipment they forgot. An hour later, they were back. By 2:30 they were finally done. The men worked hard and did an overall good job. My car wasn't squeaky clean to begin with, and it is definitely cleaner now. But I wish the owner/crew would've notified me about being late sooner, and that they had all the equipment they needed for the job. The pricing seems on par with detailers in the DMV, but for that price, I would've loved a little more attention to detail and getting here on time with everything they need for the job. read more

It took 6 weeks to finish detailing my RV. They tried to charge me several times before the job was done. It should be told ahead of time that it is extra to polish rims also. They gave me a discount but I thought it was supposed to be included. There were no extra charges with another company I dealt with in the past. The RV looks good but it took way too long to be finished. read more

I had the platinum package done on two vehicles at my home in August 2018 ($520 total). The convenience of mobile detailing and number of positive reviews across multiple sites made Shine Right an attractive choice. Unfortunately, my experience was different than many other reviewers. First the positive: - The wash/sealant job brought out the shine on the vehicles. I'm hoping that the sealant applied ($30 extra per vehicle) lasts as long as advertised (6-9 months). - The interiors were adequately clean (although neither vehicle was overly dirty to begin with). Items that could have been better: - The windows were actually dirtier after being cleaned than they were beforehand, both inside and out. - The rims on both vehicles were not cleaned well. Overall, they just didn't match the cleanliness of the rest of the vehicle. - Stains were left on the driveway in multiple locations. Two appeared to be oil or transmission fluid from the crew's vehicle. Additionally, quite a bit of tire dressing was on the driveway in each location it was applied (8 total). Lastly, something was spilled or dumped on the driveway near where the vehicle was parked, and it slightly damaged the driveway sealant. - There was a cigarette butt left on the driveway next to the spill. To end this on a positive note, the owner (Josh) was VERY responsive when I emailed him about the above concerns. He even offered to come out personally to address the driveway stains, an offer that I appreciated (although didn't take him up on). read more
