Sienna Turf is the worst landscaping company we've ever had. They were hired to do our entire…read moreneighborhood, including individual lawns and the common area. Over the summer they simply stopped coming for several months without any notification or explanation, yet everyone continued to receive bills. Those on auto-pay continued to be charged, and when we approached the company, some families were given refunds but not all. We were eventually told that they stopped service due to a personal situation that was very disturbing to many members of the community. We had hired them to do additional work on our house, which they took nearly a year to complete. The work was sloppy and not done to satisfaction, yet when we complained about it the response was threatening and litigious. We paid them only because we wanted to get them out of our neighborhood, as other people were reporting fear about having them physically present around children. Even writing this I am afraid of retaliation, but I don't want anyone else to have to go through what we did. Seriously reconsider if you are thinking about hiring them. They are irresponsible, do terrible work, and don't care one bit about customer service.

He…read morewas called in at the last minute to get our driveway graded before delivery in the morning. He did a very smooth job in the dark I might add. After that, he was brought in to assist in the excavating against our house for a drainage issue. We had an underground spring which required tanks, sump pump installation, and pipes running water away from our house. John dug out the area without hitting or scraping our house or porch. This was one of my biggest fears having this done and he did a great job. He listened to my concerns, was respectful of me and our property, and offered solutions for other issues we have around our yard. His company will be my 1st call for future hardscaping and landscaping jobs. I highly recommend him and his company.
