I spoked to him about exactly what I wanted and he ended up doing what was more convenient for him and decided to place the hose at a lower location and now the pipe is very hard to work around. He did not deliver on services he said I needed and paid him for. I also questioned his work at the final walk through before he left and got excuse after excuse about "this is how it is" as if I would just blindly accept his shoddy work. I was not born yesterday. I have had to hire an entire crew to come back and redo ALL the work Jacob was paid for. Now, I can see the true magnitude of his incompetency and all the true damage to our property. Plumbing lines that did not need to be moved were moved and done so via substandard methods that will likely result in serious leaks later. Dishonest. Incompetent. Fraudulent. A complete nightmare. Stay far away.
