straight up. this guy needs to go back to school. i purchased a laptop from this guy. after 10 days…read morei brought it back because it stopped working. when i brought it back, also brought an older computer to have it checked out. the older computer had an extra battery. he looked at it switched batteries to check out the older laptop. after he exchanged the broken laptop and helped putting the older laptop in the bag i had both laptops in and left. when i got home later i couldn't find the extra battery. i searched my car and the house. two weeks later i returned the 2nd laptop because it also stopped working. i returned and brought the laptop back and asked if i left the battery from the older laptop. he said, no. when i handed the 2nd laptop to him and he handed me the 3rd laptop. i took it home and charged it up only find out this 3rd computer wasn't working at all. i then took it to another repair store only find out that it didn't have a hard drive and the screws weren't even in the back of the 3rd computer. save yourself and good someplace else.

PayPal allowed him to send the phone back and its COMPLETELY trashed, gouges and scrapes all over it and the phone no longer comes on. Autozone tested it and said it was bad and needed replacement. I took the car to the store on Stage Rd, the Manager tested it and during the test, the test unit said "Unstable Battery". After completion of the test THIER test unit said "Replace Battery". The manager stated that they could not accept that result to replace the battery and I would need to leave the battery in the store and tested by a different unit and I'd have to leave the battery with her for 24-48 hrs. If you get a battery from any dealership or auto parts store and their test unit says the battery they will replace it on the spot. I had that experience previously with Autozone. How many people can leave a battery with a store and be without their only vehicle for that period of time? They never mentioned that fact when I bought the battery. It seems to me to just be a way to decrease the number of batteries they replace. Last time I do business with that company.
