This has been an expensive, time consuming nightmare & noone has even cared or tried to help. UPDATE: The reply below is bogus. I called, created a ticket, was told I would receive a call from a case manager within 24-48 hours. I'm on day 3 now with no phone call from the store or this "customer service" reply. I called and creacted ANOTHER ticket. Still waiting on a call. MEANWHILE, the store still has my laptop (1 month now) my $$ (several 100 $$) and they will not return a call either. When I call the store, it goes to a voicemail that has not been setup. The incompetence here goes deep. My laptop has not been resolved, noone is calling me back, and noone is working on the issue.
