He stated that he would fix the car and have it painted. After calling him at least 12 times the car was returned to me in the beginning of June covered in bird poop and filthy inside with a spray paint job from a can. After the equinox was examined by the Genesis Chevy dealership, they gave me a diagnostic with all of the issues wrong which is posted in review . At this point, my posts about the terrible service are affecting Kouder's business ,so he called me today and threatened to come by my house and hurt me if I don't stop. I made an appointment and dropped my car off the day prior and used their key drop off. They diagnosed the car the next day and already got my new tires on before the morning was up. The first step before anyone does an alignment is to do a quick check on all the connection joints that affect a wheel alignment. They said that I need to have the ball joint replaced. Ok, I wanted to do that work myself. What was disappointing is they said the $55 for the time looking at the car, wouldn't be deducted from the $125 charge for the frontend alignment when I return. In the front end alignment write up, they indicated it included the inspection of front end components. Very sketchy!

After a failed attempt at a nearby location, Husband's father recommended this place to us, as it is where he goes. Well, these guys are great!! They explain thoroughly what they're going to do, and they even show you where your current oil levels are on the dip stick. Once they have completed your oil change, they show you the final level; something that most places do not do. I also love the fact that they have a small seating area that allows you to view what they are doing with your car. After 15 minutes (that is from the time we pulled in and pulled out) and $35, we were done! They warned us that there might be a few drops of oil, but after we took it for a spin, we didn't see any. They do all sorts of cars, and for sure, I'm going to be coming back here when I'm in the area for all my oil changes. :)
