He stated that he would fix the car and have it painted. After calling him at least 12 times the car was returned to me in the beginning of June covered in bird poop and filthy inside with a spray paint job from a can. After the equinox was examined by the Genesis Chevy dealership, they gave me a diagnostic with all of the issues wrong which is posted in review . At this point, my posts about the terrible service are affecting Kouder's business ,so he called me today and threatened to come by my house and hurt me if I don't stop. Please don't deal with this dishonest man, as now I have to file a police report and sue him.

Scott simply didn't believe me and tried using camera footage to say nothing was in anyone's back pocket when driving my vehicle. Turned and dropped my vehicles jack without the wheels on it. It did damage to my break disk and heat shield, on my 6 month old vehicle. The company did nothing to help and also continued to make me pay for the flat repair. My lawyer will be dealing with them now instead of me.
