He stated that he would fix the car and have it painted. After calling him at least 12 times the car was returned to me in the beginning of June covered in bird poop and filthy inside with a spray paint job from a can. After the equinox was examined by the Genesis Chevy dealership, they gave me a diagnostic with all of the issues wrong which is posted in review . At this point, my posts about the terrible service are affecting Kouder's business ,so he called me today and threatened to come by my house and hurt me if I don't stop. Please don't deal with this dishonest man, as now I have to file a police report and sue him.

Tuffy had the correct diagnosis from the start even after going to specialty trans places in the area and the lowest price and warranty by far. I have gone there ever since. Most recently, I had my battery die and my brakes go out on me twice. Tuffy sent Chuck out to help me out with my battery even on a Saturday (it happened across the street at Kroger) and saved me on a tow. They stood by their warranty when my brake line went bad and pads got damaged. And then got me in next day and had the work completed on my pads, rotors and caliper on my rear brakes by the next morning-even with having to order parts! I even get my oil changed there because they are the most affordable around. Tuffy treats me like I am their family. I know I can always trust them to give me the best price possible. Kathy, Doug and Brian are always friendly and Chuck and the other techs do great work. I love that I can support a small, family owned local business. My tires were flying off while driving causing near death, my alignment was never done and mind you it was messed up from the drunk driver who was driving a trunk bigger than my little Pontiac and it squished it. My car has never driven better after I took it to Gratiot wheel and tire supply! Best service, understandable people and most importantly honest. I declined and left. When I arrived home, I looked at the tires and one was a 2017 and the other was a 2020. The other two tires had the codes on the inside edge and could not be seen without lifting the car or taking the wheel off. They tried to sell me tires that I did not need!
