I don't like complaining but I got my eyebrows done here on last Friday- NOT EVEN A WEEK.. and my eyebrow is peeling, burning, and some of the hair off my eyebrows are missing. When I spoke to someone on the phone, she took no ownership. She made it seem as though it was my fault, or it was make up, or too much water (so she said). I don't wear makeup at all and I didn't put water or any products on my eyebrows. I never do!!! This isn't my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and tint but the first time I had my eyebrows peel and hairs missing. It's sad that I couldn't even been compensated by coming back (which is 40 minutes away) for them to re do it. Thank you for not caring about your customers. I've had my eyebrows threaded here twice, each by a different employee and was very pleased with the results. I don't really understand the Valentine's Day theme in the salon? Seems a little weird to me, they also ask you to pick out a "gift" at check out which consist of a mascara, lipsticks, nail polish ect. (Now it is cheap products but it's the thought that counts) I thought that was pretty neat. Salon seems clean, service can be slow due to one employee usually being there at a time, but it's worth the wait. Employees are kind, listen and follow through with your requests. I received my first Brazilian wax here back in October. I was terrified because my pain level is low. The owner was so patient with me and friendly. She talks you through it and also applies pressure to help reduce pain. She is super sweet. They offer so many other services that it is an all in one place to have a great spa day. She works fast as well. This business is located in a shopping center so there is always ample parking. Scheduling an appointment is recommended but she takes walk ins. Also she gives you a cute gift after every service.....and a hug . I won't go to any other place for my waxes because I don't trust anyone else but her. DONT GO HERE!! Came here to get a Brazilian no appointment needed did a walk in i just waited a few minutes until my turn. The sign outside says $34 or $35 i can't remember the Brazilian was that amount. So the lady takes me to the back and when I get undressed and on the table she tells me there are prices for different wax the higher one is $70 ! It's from $34 to $70. She sells me the $70 because it's a better wax it won't leave you any bumps ingrown etc.... So I took it. Next day I got bumps ingrowns etc. !!! I can't believe I spend 70$ They are stealing from you! Once they get u on the table there r selling u prices for wax she even told me the cheap wax is no good. Went in to get my eyebrows waxed today and the owner who hilariously introduced herself to me as, "Minaz, like Nicki Minaj," was excellent. I have a wonky eyebrow due to a scar as a result of roughhousing that got a little too rough with my siblings growing up, and she was careful to not over thread them which happens a lot. She was super friendly and offered me a beverage before we started. I also really enjoyed the little massage she gave me as she applied aloe to my brows! They offer a wide variety of services like body waxing, threading, facials, even VAGACIALS (Lord, that almost took me out when I read it on their list of services, lol)! The tech that did my Brazilian wax really hurt me. She had me bleeding and it was a lot of blood. Thank goodness it stopped. Then she kept going over the same area over and over again. It was like the wax didn't work or something. I tried the Royal Jelly vagacial and it was ok. I couldn't feel a difference afterwards. She didn't use a steamer on me which I was expecting to open up my pores and extract whiteheads. I had a few. It wasn't a lot, but I really thought that would be part of the service. She told me I was in pain and bleeding because I shaved a lot and my hair was too short, but my thing is I pay you for your recommendation and your expertise. She should have given me this disclosure prior to giving the service, and I would have reconsidered. This was my first Brazilian since co vid. I was shaving with the razor. But prior to, I had a lot of Brazilians and I never got hurt before. Not even the first time. After my Magical Waxing Brazilian, I was literally out of commission for a minute which defeated the whole point of the service. I never had been hurt like that before. Then, she threaded my eyebrows. Honestly, I didn't like it at all. That hurt too. After I left, one of my Vijay Jay lips was swollen and throbbing for 7 days.
