However, my sister was informed that there were no massages available on Saturday, despite the spa being open. This was because they didn't have any masseuses working on weekends. It's perplexing how a spa can operate without staff available on Saturdays, especially since my sister works Monday through Friday. The whole point of the gift was for her to book an appointment on a Saturday, and their advertised hours indicate they are open on both Saturdays and Sundays. I believe the spa should have included this crucial information in the fine print of the Groupon. Had I known she would need to take a day off to use it, I never would have purchased it. My sister just started her job and doesn't have vacation days available, making it extremely inconvenient to book an appointment. I wanted to return the Groupon and exchange it for another one, but unfortunately, I missed the refund/exchange window.
