I'd give negative stars if I could. He used the wrong chemical and cleaning method and ruined my King Ranch leather seat, and wouldn't take any responsibility for it. He put the blame on me for letting him try to clean it, but he never warned me that it might get damaged. To top it off he experimented right on top of the seat pad instead of somewhere hidden.
