(Other detailers took days to respond to me, or never did at all!) He Offers a la cart services at a FRACTION OF THE PRICE of others! His pricing in general is better than others AND the outcome is much better than others who are more expensive. ALSO a huge plus is that he doesn't dump a bunch of water all over your carpets to clean and instead uses enzymes and other professional techniques to clean so that no mold grows which was an awesome added bonus because we don't want mold in the Car we drive our children in. He was so much better to deal with than other detailers who were not very friendly, and were pushy and you could tell they just wanted to do the least amount of work for the most money and didn't actually care about their customers. he removed the top layer of the stain but some came from the lower layers the next few days so i asked him about it and he said he doesn't use an extractor so i guess he just hopes that a towel and chemicals reach the bottom of the stains...i tried arguing about why an extractor is necessary and he said and i quote "if you have a problem with it come to me in person" so o felt pretty threatened. read more
