When I asked for a partial refund, the company refused and instead sent Monique back. But when we asked her to double-check the closet shelves, she said she was told to only do the floors. She also mentioned that only a steam cleaner would actually remove all the dirt, and she only had a mop -- which just confirmed that she wasn't given the tools to do a true DEEP clean. I don't blame Monique -- she was professional and did what she could. My issue is with the company's definition of a "deep clean" and the lack of value for the $400 price. Definitely would not recommend if you're looking for a thorough, move-in-ready clean. My job should not be to do quality control of the job done, that's the manager job.
