They are a very fair priced (less than the big box stores though) and much better customer service. Its been over 10 years and I have yet to have a problem with them. I have referred many friends over the years and they have all had great experiences also. I have to say that maybe its the fact that Sam and some of his staff have a military background that makes them more detail oriented, but what ever it is they are the best and I don't mind driving 20+ miles to get to them because I know that I am going to have my computer fixed properly the 1st time and not have to take it back 3-4 times to finally get it fixed right..
