The technician used a scope to probe all the way to the street were our sewer finally emptied into the main city sewer line. The camera probe found that a break occurred in the city's connector to our private line. Finntastic Plumbing then sent photographs made my their camera probe to the city. The city of Cleburne came the same day and inspected the sewer leak at the street in front of our house. The city was convinced that the city was liable for the damages. I am so thankful for Finntastic Plumbing doing all that battling for me the customer. Bottom line, the city of Cleburne was convinced that they were at fault and they the city of Cleburne would handle the repair for the broken sewer pipe at the street. Thank you, Finntastic Plumbing! We called this company on numerous occasions and finally got thru. We were quoted $95 per camp…read moretrailer and the third was free to dump. We have 3 trailers on a piece of land. They came out the first time and only had to dump 2 trailers. They came out the second time and the driver was kind of rude, but he dumped 2 camp trailers and a caddy. He suggested that we schedule this on Thursdays. This was news to us, no one said anything to us until now, so we just thought it a suggestion?! Planning a dump schedule in a trailer is hard to do, unless your tank sensor is always working right! Anyways, we called later for a third time, but they stated they would be raising the rate to $120 per trailer and they would charge an Emergency fee of $25 if we didn't schedule for Thursday! We asked if the Emergency fee could be waived and the lady in the office stated she would ask the owner and would call us back. We get a phone call from the owner who stated that they removed us from their schedule completely and that we would have to find someone else to dump out trailers! I think they may be mad because they didn't get the job installing our septic tanks on the new houses! They never returned that phone call when we needed an estimate, so we went with someone else! Not worth the time or effort...
