We had a flood in our Condo recently and we were told we had to replace the 20 year old flooring…read morethroughout as it was obsolete...no match. Ok . Fine. Once we accepted this predicament we worked with our insurance company. They assigned a flooring contractor who was tasked with finding a product that would work for us. They were intent on getting us to replace it with a laminate...but we knew that was not something of interest...We wanted to retain the look and integrity of original wood floor. Vetoed laminate and chose to go with the new engineered hardwood product on the market that we believe hit all the notes. It is hardwood with a little help from newer technology eliminating some problems of only hardwood flooring. . These flooring contractors gave us some push back . The most troubling was they couldn't find a color match ...it doesn't seem to exist longer. Well guess what...LL Floor (Jassy and Victor) came through for us. They identified the correct color which they carried and they educated us on all the pros and cons of such product. They put us at ease and took a lot of stress away. They also did not pressure us to buy from them. They are truly professionals who know their product and care about you, the customer. Very impressed and pleased with this experience. It's rare. I had a really big project for them! Had carpeting removed in several rooms and replaced with wood flooring and some LVP in the basement. The carpeting removed was from two separate long stairwells, hallway, 4 bedrooms (plus closets), two additional rooms (living room area and a storage room), and making my kitchen and dining room areas existing wood floors come to life again. The moment I reached out for an estimate, I was greeted with very friendly service and quick responses and soon after a date for coming over to provide an estimate. They scheduled an in-home consultation where they thoroughly toured our garage, patiently explained various style options, and gave us time to make our own decisions. Their website was also helpful as it had several examples of different styles which helped us better visualize some of the choices we were debating. But as we discussed our preferences with the team, we were able to create a semi-custom style (a new decorative flake option) which we really appreciated. The team was also very transparent and we got clear communication from how to prep beforehand to how to maintain the floor afterwards. It was a two-day process with a highly professional team. They smoothed our entire garage floor first. Then they mixed all products on-site and applied the coating with great attention to detail. I first called and spoke with Javier who asked me to text him pics etc. he got back to me the same day. I sent him pictures of what needed to be done and he was very detailed about the questions asked me. This told me he was very serious about taking this job because I reached out to another company (Alcaraz) and sent them all the same info and they ghosted me but, I'm glad they did. Anyway, once we set the date and time he was super communicative, the whole time. He showed up on time with all of his materials ready to work. Once the hole was covered he even went to Home Depot to get the exact color paint for my ceiling. I felt very comfortable with Javier who was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I feel I received a fair price for the work that was done. He definitely went above and beyond and I can't even tell where that hole was before, he did a great job and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I'd most definitely hire him for any work I need in the future.

All in all, I am very pleased and if we have anything else to do in the house, I'm calling them. I wish I had pictures, but we need to do some tidying up still before that happens.

By the time I realized this, it was too late -- the contract was signed, and they started revealing their true character.
