He DELIVERED on that request! The spray was beautiful. I could not be more pleased. If I ever need flowers in the area again it will 100% be from Phillip. Thank you !

If you'd been there before, you could see what a labor of love has been made to get this venue into shape for weddings, celebrations, and all sorts of et cetera. Wrought iron railings with planters define the edge of the platform. The raw brick has been brought back to 'life.' The lighting is suited to whatever mood is desired. The ceiling fans moderate the temperature at all times (except for the hour or so in the late afternoon that the sun bathes the station). Rest rooms are ample. Standing tables and tables for sitting abound. There's space for a band, as well as roving minstrels and musicians. There's a nice bar at the far end... The proprietors also run The Cotton Room (upstairs) which deserves a review of its own. But as a stand - alone venue, Belt Line Station is a beautifully restored space that oozes with romance. Thank goodness someone saw fit to renovate the space instead of tearing it down and building new... you just can't buy this kind of charm!

I would not take small children to this restaurant as the close table set up might cause distractions or even uncomfortable situations.

We payed $1,400 for a non working unit. The inferior product had NOT BEEN CLEANED. They made an Exxon Station seem like the Four Seasons. In addition, they did not work. On delivery, the toxic odor was so bad you could not possibly use it, and we had to hire a professional cleaner to clean the unit and tie open the doors to remove the smell prior to the event. The water in two of the sinks would not work (they would run at full flow and deplete the supply and fill the holding tank). We had to provide sanitary wipes for the guests to use. The fans did not work in 2 of the rooms. The owner was not responsive to our issues and was totally unprofessional. (note: They also seem to be the same company as Restrooms on Wheels www.restrooms-on-wheels.com They use the same apparently stock photos, and the owner, David Schwartz, responded to both email addresses.)

We had a rocky time figuring out the power supply (for reasons that were not his fault and too tedious to go into), but he was a persistent problem solver and didn't leave until we were up and running. THe place was covered in pumpkin carvings and turnip carvings hanging from trees! SO cute. If I ever plan on getting married, this would definitely be an ideal spot for a reception, and possibly a ceremony. I've read about the Barn, and it was featured in the Today show. There's not really too much in the way of shopping -- a nursery, a cute two-story store with accessories, a cafe, a bookstore -- but the atmosphere is really inviting. Fearrington has several venues for events, including the main house, the Barn (which sometimes even partners up with McIntyre's for open-to-the-public author events), and smaller meeting rooms. So in addition to weddings, it's a good place for corporate functions. Lots of neighborhoods in Fearrington, too. If it's in your price-range and you don't mind the commute, it's a beautiful place to live. There's even a lake with surrounding trails.
