On top of that, they've started adding random fees for things that are considered standard with most lawn companies--like weed eating along the fence line. It feels like they're nickel-and-diming customers rather than maintaining the quality and consistency of service. When I expressed concern, my feedback was dismissed rather than addressed. It felt like the blame was placed on me for expecting what had always been done before. Sadly, this shows a lack of accountability and poor customer service.
