Sure enough the gentleman who helped us was very polite and helpful. He quoted us a great price for both cars, but of course it had to be cash. Which was no big deal so we ended up paying a total of about $280 for both cars I had five windows tinted on my car, and my boyfriend had five windows plus the to tinted stripe on the front windshield. I am posting this as I am sitting outside 9/4/21 9:15AM with the business closed and they supposed to be opened at 8AM. I am sitting here because 8/27/21 I came for a tiny job on my 2020 Honda CR-V. The tint job has bubbles in several places, and various scratches on the tint, not at all worth the price I paid for and not on my brand new car.....I came back a few days later to which I was told I needed to come back as they were too busy, I work, have children and don't live in the area so coming back during the week is nearly impossible so I figured I'd come first thing Saturday when they open and they are closed....trying to give opportunity to fix but only the Heavens know I am not the one for it. read more

Manager tried to call me after the receptionist was so rude to correct, but the damage was already done that I just can't bring myself to go back to ever to any business again , Horrible Experience I have ever had as a customer! I got my windows tinted with a life time warranty, the tint did not hold, front windows are peeling and bubbling, I went back and was told that since I don't have the receipt they can not honor the life time warranty. But the manager said he can redo and give me a discount for the inconvenience, I decided to hold off hoping to find my receipt. After a few months, still no receipt I call back to find out how much of a savings, the receptionist would not acknowledge a savings, said only the season coupon that is out can be applied, I asked her if she was qualified to make that call for the manager told me something else, she responded with, Its company policy. Got my windows tinted there and they did a good job with that and while I was there I seen they had audio stuff too and I needed a new head unit so me not being too knowledgeable on radios I asked the the dude a bunch of questions trying to find what I want cuss I already had an idea I wanted a pioneer that could take DVDs pretty simple and they had one! ... but he kept showing me different newer things and insisting that they did exactly what I wanted so I end up putting down on a newer kenwood double din cuss they didn't have time to put it in that day So when it was finally time I took a friend with me because he knows more about audio then me and it turned out that that radio he was trying to sell me wasn't what I wanted and they had already taken my radio and stuff out by the time I figured it out so before he put the new one in I told him it's not what I wanted and to jus put the pioneer which was a lot cheaper in and he seemed to have an attitude about and my radio got installed and he ran the subwoofer wires for me and it worked for like a week then started skipping had another guy at a audio shop look at it and turns out magnuson window tint sold me a Malaysian model pioneer and it won't read any of my DVDs and Bluetooth skips in n out all day imagine having a good sound system and your vibing and your music starts skipping outta nowhere so basically I trusted them to help me find what I wanted but they seen I didn't kno much and tried to exploit that and cuss of that I'll never go back read more

Beware the upsell! Gave this place a try to get some stereo equipment installed for my car since they were the only local joint that could get me in the same day. Keep in mind I've been piecing together my system for a few months now, so I know what I have and how it's going to sound, etc etc. Long story short, guy(pretty sure he's the owner) takes a look at all the top of the line equipment I purchased from Crutchfield and advises me that it won't sound much better than the stock stuff I already have in the car. Tries to push me to purchase a couple of his amps and speakers - "But I can install your stuff if you want." I actually came here because of a couple reviews I saw that vouched for this guy's work, but at that point I lost all trust and decided not to leave my car. Quite positive that they would have tweaked something with the equipment to not sound as good as they were capable of. Classic upsell. read more

The guys who work here are so nice. I drive an old van and they went out of their way to find the right windshield for me, even though it wasn't something they normally carry. While my car was there they noticed one of the doors wasn't closing all the way and fixed it for me! That's how great they are - I really appreciated that.
