Not a place to take your car or truck . Went in on a friday was given a price off the top guys head ok no problem Person I spoke with did not speak english so we had a hard time communicating. This should have been my first warning. Neverthe less he said 100 for eyebrow on front windshield and 180 for back tail lights. Which he kept calling head lights. ok no biggie I was told to come back Mondayat 10:00 I had a 10 oclock appt got there same guy no english no problem ok same price . I asked how long for tail lights tint he said 2-3 hours. Mind you there were no other cars there before me. So i started waiting another cusotmer came in she an di starting chatting while she was waiting for someone to resppond to her in the lobby she said this was her 4th time comng back to have them fix her tinted window job (second warning sign) I ended up callingmy wife to pick me up so I wouldnt have to wait. I gave the guy my number to call me when finished, I saw him put my number in his phone At 3:30 5 hours later I decided wow no call yet whats going on? I called the number and then I got the lady on the phone she was extremely rude kept asking me 3 times how can I help you I am asking her where the location is cause the number I dialed said Lake Elsinor so I want ed to mak sure this was the right place and that they didnt have several locations. I asked her if the car was ready she said yes I asked why they didnt call? No answer so I went there only to find a really horrible job dont on my tailights peeling already bubbles etc. Im like wow really. Here comes the guy no english he cant communicate so he calls his boss I asked who did the install no english said it was his boss. Boss arrived so I showed boss the bubbles and peeling away etc . I asked him did he think I was going to pay 180.00 for this type work He says his english is not that good either as we were communicating. I informed boos that this job and work is unacceptalbe and Im not paying if they cant do it right. He says ok take you car somewhere else. I agree. He then peels off the tint in less than 5 minutes which lets me know it wasnt on there good if he could take it off that easily. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT, TAKE YOUR CAR HERE read more

Trust the reviews. I read the other reviews but still decided to go to this shop. Just like the other reviews say, they gave me a price over the phone then get a different price when I get there. Every single window either has bad, uneven cuts, has dirt behind the film, or both. Idc where you go just don't go here. read more

Decent place, nice people...I wouldn't come back though. I went to get my window replaced after a break in. The price may be cheap but now my window seam has a gap between the window and the weather stripping, the glass was not cleaned out thoroughly from the frame and grinds, and the automatic feature brings the window back down unless I'm tapping the button to position the window. read more

Not a bad little tint shop. They carry 5%, 20%, 35%, 50% and "special tint" 22%, 13%, broncesteel, silver. They were out of 13% so I got regular 20%. I had my new Toyota Tacoma access cab 4 side windows and rear windows done for $110 which is not bad. They also did a Mazda 5 for me last year for $120. The tint still looks good and I have had zero issues. They warranty their tint for a year. The reason for the 3 star rating is due to the sign that advertised $99 tint special. Of course only a few vehicles qualify for this price. The shop is somewhat hard to find as it is located in a far back corner of a strip mall/auto repair/body shop. The waiting area is very small but the Mexican radio station playing was pleasant. The waiting room was not cooled on my visit. I recommend leaving the vehicle and walking to subway on the same block. They do have a television in the lobby but it was off. Be prepared to wait around a hour if they can get you right in. They have a team of 2 to 3 workers that team up and get the job done. read more

I had someone follow me there so I could just leave my car for them to tint. But, at 9:25, I left and went to their competitor down the street. I was looking around at tint shops and came across Desert Window Tint. I never heard of them but I decided to call last week and I got a quote on getting my two front windows done on my SUV. I talked to the owner and he seemed cool as he told me whenever I'm ready to come down or call back and schedule an appointment. They were the best price outta soo many tint shops around, so of course I was a bit skeptical but decided just to show up yesterday in the afternoon to see if he had time to do it. I'm glad I went, not only was he cool but he had a opening right then and there. It was done quick but the job was done right. His work looks great and he's got the best price in IE. I was recommended this place by a friend and the price that they quoted me seemed higher than tints I have gotten in the past but because my friend recommended it I took their word for it and got my tint done. I will say that I am glad I got my tint done here because they do an awesome job very professional and the guy installing the tint had an issue with my rear window because of the defroster and showed me why he had trouble with it. But the fact that he showed me what the issue was instead of just leaving a bad job was what made the difference for me. I had been to other places where they damaged my car and didn't say nothing and the fact that this guy mentioned a small bubble that he couldn't get out (which you couldn't even notice) proved to me that this is an HONEST place of business and went out of there way to make sure I was satisfied. read more

I called last weekend to see how much it would be to tint my 2015 Camaro, someone answered the phone and said I don't know call back in 20 minutes. uh okay....called back and they said they are busy to make an appointment for next week. No problem I can understand that. Made an appointment Wednesday for Friday at 4pm like the guy suggested because the specialist who does the best work is there at that time. I go there at 3:50pm and they said no we can't take you because we are already busy. you don't have an appointment. I said yes I do. they argued with me and basically said I'm lying. This place is horrible. Made an appointment at 9am at the time they open. Got there around 8:45 and waited. No one showed up until 9:45! Got inside and asked for the tint that I wanted which was 50 in the front and 35 in the back and they told me they ran out of the 50. Left and called to make another appointment for today at 11am which I thought by then they should be open. Got there and they were still closed! Would not recommend this place to anyone.
