Another staff member stepped in and was excellent--he helped me get my card back--but I was never charged for the drinks. Aside from that one individual, the atmosphere was good and the other staff member provided great service. Unfortunately, that experience seriously took away from what could have been a great spot.

Just not sure when because there are so many great breweries in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Chesapeake. Most who are cigar friendly, or at least cigar accommodating. Plus there is an Emerson's in Chesapeake, which is currently closer to me.

As an Authorized Lampe Burger dealer, they have a great selection of fragrances available. I know that it seems odd that a Cigar Store has home fragrance dispensers but here we are... Emerson's also has a fine selection of premium Cigars available, and even though I don't smoke them myself, I can still appreciate them.

Once we paid for the cigars, the guy cut them since we were going to smoke them there. There were several leather type chairs around two flat screen tvs that the NFL games on, which is what we were after. The chairs have seen better days, but still comfortable to sit in. We could not believe that this place was not more crowded on a Saturday afternoon. They also have a few tables and chairs out front if you want to sit outside. it was just to hot that day for that! I remember her last year from the War of the Wings and was able to get service from her this past Saturday at the Norfolk Street Food Festival. This store gets 5-star strictly off of the people who work there and a comfort of the lounge.

Complete with leather lounge chairs, flat screen tv, and a fireplace. They do have a bathroom and mini fridge with drinks (pay at counter), but do not offer alcohol products. There's also an private outdoor deck patio. They recently had cigar event in which a Brickhouse representative came in and had a few specials.
