Great services all around...daycare, boarding and grooming. Our dogs come home exhausted from playing so much in a day. Prices are very reasonable and the accommodations are more than ample for all canines. This is an example of some recent amazing care. I was just on vacation for over a week in Europe, with limited ability to communicate with anyone back home. Well the day we leave, one dog gets sick and is in the vet trying to figure out what is wrong, ends up on a special diet and meds. I talked it over with Melissa and she said bring him in anyway..."we got this". Over the course of out trip we got daily reports on our pup and when we got home he was doing much better and was on the mend... Now totally fine. Having that piece of mind while away was great this is just one of the many examples of how great they are. I've had 3 dogs who call this place home away from home and half the time they jump out of the car and kick down the doors to get back in. And 2 of these dogs have been going since they were 8 weeks old.

Since my partner and I both work away from home, we needed someone to let them out daily. We were very picky in the process of picking someone to have access to our new home and to take care of our boys. Sara also shares the same concerns and is fully insured to do so. She came in for a free visit to meet the boys and go over any concerns we had. The entire process from then until now has been nothing but amazing and very professional. Sara goes out of her way to schedule visits at the times we needed. She even came out on a couple hours notice a few times when our other plans fell through. There really isn't anything she wouldn't do to make sure you and your pets are happy. The service for what you pay for is amazing. Sara and her team take our boys outside for a mile or more walk daily and play with them to get all their energy out. She does this rain or shine and our dogs love it. Every once in a while she brings her best dogs along and my two Goldens get to play with friends in the our own yard. Every visit, Sara sends us pictures and great text messages of the fun they are having, as well as a handwritten note describing their time together. It really is above and beyond. It was -1 degrees the other day, so frantically i found rescue groups in Michigan and I started calling to advocate for them. The lady that answered the phone was nice and resourceful. He would need to send the inquiry via online and get them to Adopt-a-Pet, but that never happened because he said the mom moved them the next day. I'm a bit upset because it's evident that the mom should be fixed, but it could be that no one in his neighborhood is aware of the practice. Even though this place wasn't able to help, but they were very helpful and sincere. I hope that the little family is safe from bad people, wildlife, cars, and the rigid weather. While I have 2 cat condos and 2 heated beds for the stray cats that I help feed (all fixed), I can't help but think about the others who aren't so lucky.
