I called in a couple minutes after they had closed and got the owner. She was more then helpful and ask the staff to wait on me to bring my dog in. All of the staff was they and were more then helpful, stayed late to meet me, and were more then pleasant. Shelby was at the desk as was extremely nice and helpful with my tardy arrival. You cannot trust the business to perform as expected and provide the services offered. Regarding grooming, either the receptionists fail to accurately relay grooming instructions, or the groomers are not professionals and cannot properly groom specific breeds. In either case, the result is unacceptable and the damage is irreversible. Adding insult to injury, the owner promised a refund but never delivered.
