(oxbow is a good brand and I've seen it in the store) *nonplastic hide (this can cause impaction, potentially killing them) *Proper bedding (kiln dried or aspen is great! NO PAPER!!! During my visit, Tim was working the register, and I encountered what I would describe as a passive aggressive and unaccommodating interaction. While his tone may have appeared polite on the surface, his overall demeanor and unwillingness to assist suggested otherwise and left a negative impression. I shop your store regularly, particularly this location and specifically the super saver section, as it is marketed for discounted items. In fact, I previously wrote a positive review based on a great experience. However, it is quite common for items in this area to be either incorrectly marked or not marked at all. On a prior visit, your team acknowledged this issue and made the appropriate price adjustments without hesitation. On this visit, I selected NutriSource Woodland dog food, which was marked at 36.99. However, at checkout, the item rang up as 44.99. In addition, one of the bags I selected was not individually marked, but it was clearly placed within the same super saver section. Despite explaining this and referencing my previous experience, Tim refused to make the adjustment, even after reviewing my prior transaction where a manager had done so due to similar pricing inconsistencies. Additionally, I purchased NutriSource turkey stew, which was displayed as buy one get one half off and marked at 2.00. These items were grouped together accordingly. However, Tim refused to honor the promotion on the items marked at that price, again showing no willingness to resolve what was clearly a store labeling issue. Having worked in retail for several years, I am familiar with pricing policies and consumer protections related to mispricing. At that point, I chose not to press the issue further, as I simply wanted to complete my purchase and leave the store. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. While professionalism and courtesy are expected in any customer interaction, so is a reasonable level of accommodation when store errors occur. Unfortunately, that was not demonstrated during this visit. I felt it was important to bring this to your attention, as this experience does not reflect the level of service I have previously received at your store.

Walked into the back where the animals were and saw not one but TWO deceased reptiles. A young…read morebearded dragon was drowned in the deep water bowl - which i'm no reptile expert but thought it was common knowledge to not have deep water bowls for this specific reason. And above that tank a black snake also was drowned in the water bowl. Just awful to see definitely neglectful on their part. Do better or don't have/ sell animals at your store! Owner got extremely frustrated with everyone watching him tend to the "animal in distress" it was clearly deceased. Disgusting. Do not buy your pet from here it is not being taken care of properly.
