When we went to put up our blinds and the windows were recessed in too deep and there is no way to hang our blinds. My husband and I were never explained or told we could not hang blinds and the company and installer knew we were going to hang back our original blinds otherwise he would not have told us to wait 2 days. We have contacted your company on several occasions and the salesman, Paul, was sent out as well as the lead installer, Travis, (not the person who originally installed the windows) and both did not understand why the windows were installed this way and said they would get back to us. After contacting the company in Greenville several times, Jon Burr, called me back and said there is nothing he can do and they installed a functioning window. I said you have not even seen our windows in person and he stated he was happy to come take a look but his answer probably will not change. I find it very hard to believe that everyone that gets replacement windows will not be able to have blinds and if that is the case this info should have been presented well before we agreed to the new windows. So we just spent $10,000 with this company on windows and they are telling us now that we cannot have blinds? I have not been able to put up blinds in my 2 year olds room or our bedroom which has been a disaster! The windows are recessed too deep and are not even placed where the original windows were placed. We just want this problem fixed. We have left several messages for Mark or Karla Nichols, the owners of the company, and are still waiting for them to respond. I would recommend using a different company if you need new windows. After the materials were delivered to my home, I was told the installers would contact me and set up an installation date. One week later I complained to Home Depot that I had not been contacted. I was informed the installers were short manned and it might take some time. I received a text saying the installers would be out on the 8th of October. Well, they canceled late on the 7th. I contracted the installers directly and complained until they scheduled my installation. It turns out the installation will not be finished until the end of November. If it gets canceled again, I will have no choice but to sue Home Depot to get reimbursed so I can get a company that will actually get the work done. I will never use Home Depot for any home service again.

I hired his company in March 2024 to install 9 windows. It was a delay in getting windows measured and getting my windows installed. I had to follow-up with him and his office manager Erika throughout the entire project because they lack in customer service. My windows were installed in May 2024 and there were some problems that Mr. Travis promised to fix but left me hanging for almost two months before he made contact with me. He didn't want to hold himself accountable for breaching our contract terms by not finishing the project in a timely manner. I requested that we negotiate giving me a small discount off my balance. He yelled and screamed at me, refused and threatened to file a lien on my home, called me a thief and said I couldn't afford him. I don't know if he said that because I am an African American. He completed two new clients that hired him after me. I don't know why he prioritized them over me. If you are considering this company in Columbia SC, please use caution. He doesn't have a lot of clients and running commercials showing his 2 clients 5-star reviews. His windows prices are cheap, but his customer service is poor.
