Shari also enables the kids to be exposed to broadway stars, casting/ talent agents via to workshops that the students can sign up for if they wish. BTS does not put on plays but rather prepares students for professional auditions. BTS simply works with each student to find cuts of songs to audition with, as well as help them execute monologues and basic dance moves that are often required for broadway shows and other performances.
