Also, I like how at the front of the store they have racks of "airplane bottles" - small "samplers" that you can buy to try out various products. Again - I like this idea. It was a way for me to try peanut butter whiskey without sinking too much into a larger bottle... The aisles are narrow and the bottles are right on the edges of the shelves, which makes my clumsy self nervous, but they just had lots of booze. Not as big as the liquor warehouse on the west side of town, more like what you'd expect a regular grocery store to have. I have only been in here a handful of times, but the person behind the counter has been *very* nice and courteous (unlike the liquor place I mentioned earlier). We're passionate about what we sell, and we're dedicated to curating an interesting rotating selection of delicious and sometimes hard-to-find beverages of all sorts. Want a special order? We're your store." So I decided to stop in and when I did, the employee I spoke to was very kind and gave me some tips about how I might find it and suggested that I call on Monday to speak to the employee who handles purchasing for this type of spirit. When I did, the employee I spoke to on the phone was incredibly condescending. It doesn't bother me that the store doesn't have the spirit in stock or the ability to specifically make sure I get a bottle. What bothers me is that the man I spoke to on the phone made me feel stupid for even asking if they may have some come in stock. I understand certain spirits are really hard to come by and it can be frustrating dealing with these type of requests if it's something that is in high demand, but it is exceptionally poor customer service to ridicule someone for asking a question when the website specifically boasts of the business' ability to help find rare bottles. All that being said, they do have a nice selection and the employee I dealt with in the store was delightful. I would consider going back for simple shopping as there didn't seem to be high mark up on things that tend to be harder to come by, but I would not ever ask for assistance from staff again.
