It was still making a unreasonably loud harmonic sound but did start once. The next call for heat it did not work. I found that there were four screws loose that hold the manifold to the pressure side of the boiler. Once I tightened these the boiler worked as it should. I spent $300 for a cleaning that it probably needed but the technician should have found the loose screws. I would have also felt better if the technician had not told me that I needed a new boiler.

Chris is the owner and he explained things as he progressed along as well as answering any questions I had, plus it was just really nice visiting with him on other topics. They wore disposable booties, covered our newly tiled floors and cleaned up before leaving. Chris double and triple checked for any plumbing leaks before leaving as well. The invoice price was well within reason and the warranty on our disposal is fantastic.
