This place is amazing. Doesn't look like much but the signs advertising along the highway don't lie. Their margaritas are homemade. I had the mango and it was very good. Their lingua tacos are the best I've had and I'm not easy to please. My wife has the mahi mahi bowl and it was delicious. The tortillas are homemade and served hot. Their sweet tea was also very good!! Don't pass this place by. If I would've found this place on the first night in Branson. I wouldn't have eaten anywhere else. MahiMahiMexican has a lot of potential. The vibe is cool, and there's plenty of space for kids to play, which makes it feel like an inviting, family‑friendly spot. Unfortunately, the experience didn't quite live up to that potential. It took forever to get our food, and when it finally arrived, the tacos were just okay, nothing special. The restaurant turned off their open sign about an hour early, which wasn't a big deal, but then they also turned off some of the seating lights, so we ended up eating in the dark, which was strange. They also didn't get my order right, which added to the overall frustration. There's clearly some charm and good ideas behind the place, but the execution missed the mark. If you're looking for somewhere quick and casual to grab a bite, this place is nice! They have outdoor seating and yard games which was fun. My food personally was probably a 6/10, but others in our group REALLY really liked theirs. Overall I would say it's a place worth trying! Came here with my toddler and I'm so glad I did!!! There are so many outdoor toys and it kept her so occupied that my mom and I could just sit back and relax while we ate. The servers were so kind and I believe the owner came over to check on us and even interacted with our daughter. VERY KIND. We were recommended to this place by the tour place across the street. It is a food truck with an enclosure with picnic tables. This place is absolutely amazing. The west coast Hispanic flavors are all extremely unique. We will definitely eat here any time we come back and may try to carve out time to come back before we leave! This place is DELICIOUS. I wish I knew how to cook like this at home. We ordered the shrimp, asada, and Mahi Mahi tacos. Also, a shrimp empanada. The tacos are warm, freshly cooked, and the cheese is perfectly melted. The green avocado tomatillo (guessing on ingredients) salsa is AMAZING. I would want to visit this place every time I visit Branson. The outdoor ambiance was awesome. The tables and decor were all very clean despite being all outside in a high pollen time of year! Grabbed dinner on the way to our condo and it was good! The owner was nice and the food came in a reasonable amount of time. We were only staying three minutes away, so I went back later in the evening for another round of churros! Nice atmosphere as simple setting and outdoor picnic benches with food truck like food. Staff seemed very neutral as to guest service skills and not very engaging when conversed with. Ordered food items and then when trying to place an order of the adult beverage menu, was told they are not serving and alcoholic beverages. Food for the three of us was brought out one dish at a time and 3-4 minutes between the first two items, and the final entree almost 10 minutes later and finally the appetizer last when two of the party of three were done with no explanation or apologies. One of our party went up to the order area to ask for two slices of lemon for the ice tea they had and was told it would cost $4! Not two lemons two slices. Ridiculous. The quality and the taste of the food was good, but was a bit surprised that the rice served was a white sticky rice rather than a traditional Spanish style rice. The food was all very good and I would certainly eat it again, however.... When we arrived around half the tables were empty and it still took an hour to get our order. While we were waiting numerous other tables complained and or changed their order to "to go" because they had been waiting 45-60 min. While the staff was friendly none of them seemed concerned or apologetic about the wait.
