We enjoyed our quick lunch w/a chicken pesto flatbread & paradise point smoothie, I got it sweetened w/splenda this time & also swapped out banana for coconut !yummy! Tropical Smoothie Cafe stands out as being one of the few quick and healthy options in the Branson area. The smoothies have always proven themselves as fresh and rewarding after a workout or walk through downtown. They are expensive, but if you aren't interested in making your own smoothie at home this is the next best thing. I less frequently try the wraps because the portions are too small; if they were larger I'd feel more inclined to eat food here on a regular basis. Unfortunately, the service is a little uninviting and the atmosphere isn't comfy enough to bring a computer and do some work like most cafes. read more

Service is quick, consistent and the staff is always friendly. My Favorite is the Thai chicken wrap with a side of their amazing jalapeño corn. The food is Always fresh where you can watch the crew prepare your meal. The cafe' is small, but clean and inviting with cool music over the speakers. Now the smoothies are Super Delicious made with all fresh ingredients. You can also ask for a supplement or fresh add-in for an additional charge to any smoothie. I have always loved tropical smoothie but this one really let me down. My experience included me not able to order any food due to there only being one worker who knew how to operate the machines. While waiting for my smoothie I saw other people able to get food, so that really bothered me. On top of that my smoothie was not good at all. I have ordered this one before and it has never tasted like the one I ordered from here. Overall it was an experience I hope they can learn from. read more

Healthiest and Yummiest option in Branson!! Tropical Smoothie Cafe should be in every town. When we travel we always book near a TSC. So grateful to have one near home in Branson!! The people that work at this location are always smiling and make everything to perfection! If ever we had an issue with an order they were so quick to fix it and do not make you feel bad for speaking up. We love TSC everywhere, but our Branson TSC is the best one because of their great customer service! read more

I went in a few days ago and was extremely disappointed with one of the staff members. it was a blonde younger looking girl pretty sure her name was Emma. she was rude to me, rude to her coworkers, and just looked miserable there. She made my experience extremely unpleasant. Watching her yell at her coworkers, give me looks, snap at customers. This place NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE, EVER! They also taste nowhere near the same or as good as any other Tropical Smoothie I have ever been!

The workers were in such a rush to leave that my smoothie was not blended very well and had plenty of big ice chunks left. They also locked the doors, with everyone still inside ( full lobby), and literally pushed everyone out when some just got their food.... not very good customer service if you ask me read more
