They gave us a time frame and called before coming. They also pre-provided the plumbers name who would be servicing our home and just some info about him like what his hobbies were. Great personal touch and we felt like we already knew him. There is a level of comfort there. The plumber quickly diagnosed what he needed to do when we told him what happened. He came in and quickly resolved our problem. A very nice polite young man who enjoyed his craft and is very knowledgeable. Lastly their price is VERY FAIR. Not expensive and that is also a plus. While we hope never to call them again, if we needed to we will call Universal Plumbing. Give them a try!

At all times, arriving was on the time frame given, work accomplished in a timely manner with excellent results. I will not say they are cheap to use. I did that route once only to have a second plumbing company come in to fix what the first plumber did incorrectly and wouldn't come back to fix the problem. So going for the cheapest option is not necessarily saving you money. The prices today are all more than yesterday! Can't help that.
