Coming in from a late flight from NY and I've been wanting a Banana Matcha all day, and I came across this really cute cafe near our hotel. It was clean, spacious, and had a pleasant staff that was friendly and welcoming. After viewing some of the items on display, I ordered an Egg Salad Sandwich, and my husband had the Club Sandwich. They were exactly what we needed to end our day - a really good and guilt-free meal. While there, we also ordered a few drinks: the Yuzzu Ginger Lemonade, the Pretty and Pink beverage (a Hibiscus Lemonade), and a Banana Matcha. Everything was amazing! We even tried their Earl Grey Scone and it was soft, lightly flavored, and satisfying. We'd absolutely return and would highly recommend this spot to others.

Finally had time to attend this cute little cafe I had seen all over social media and was happy by how low velocity it was! Upon entering you are blown away by their sweets selection and so many vibrant and cute options! I ordered a cloud matcha latte along with a mini cake and it was a bit pricey from the cake alone. The server was very sweet and handed us the cake first and even allowed me to pick out the color I wanted The drink itself did take some time to come out as it has to be carefully crafted. Once it was ready they called out my order by what substitutions I got and not my name. The cake was decent, very tiny and I felt a bit overpriced for the amount of cake you're eating. I also was super excited for the drink but was a little underwhelmed by the amount of cream to matcha ratio. It was very hard to mix together as well. The cream was very thick and hard to get through the straw but the presentation was absolutely beautiful. Overall, I do wish they had more searing as it a very small space and seating can be hard to come by. Service was amazing. Pricey but beautiful presentation. I'd be willing to come again to try some other drinks out.

Slow-paced cafe. Things you should know: I. PARKING Café Soon is within a plaza and shares a free parking lot with the adjacent businesses out front. II. SERVICE Noticeably slow ~ it took 25 minutes to get my singular iced latte. I wouldn't come here for to-go orders for that purpose; you might as well dine in. III. QUALITY Great quality beverages and their cakes are especially talented. IV. CAPACITY This is a petite cafe with slim seating. Since it's relatively new, it's packed. Seating is sparse and noise level is high. It's not ideal for knocking out work.

I've passed by Cafe Soon so many times telling myself, "I need to stop in soon" and I'm so glad I finally did because WOW... what a hidden gem. The moment you walk in, it feels like you've been whisked away into a charming little French-inspired café with cozy, intimate vibes. It's not a huge space, so maybe not ideal for big groups, but absolutely perfect for a date or a catch-up with a friend. Right at the front, you're greeted with a selection of Korean breads and snacks, with even more tucked into the back case. And then... the dessert case. So many beautifully crafted desserts and Korean-style cakes. It's honestly hard to choose just one. Now let's talk about the real star: the viral butter mochi cookies. These are next-level. Perfectly chewy with just the right texture, and that condensed milk dipping sauce? Completely divine. Together, it's a combo you'll keep thinking about long after you leave. I'm still dreaming about them. And fair warning- you absolutely cannot have just one. I'd love to see them expand with dipping sauces like Nutella, chocolate, matcha or fruity (strawberry, blueberry) options because that would take it even further. I also really enjoyed their sweet potato salt bread. It was perfectly filled and baked. Very lovely texture. Their specialty drinks are just as impressive (and gorgeous). I tried the iced banana matcha latte drink, and it's easily one of the best banana drinks I've ever had. The banana flavor tastes real- not artificial style and it pairs so smoothly with the matcha. Super refreshing and well-balanced. Also, the iced strawberry matcha latte here is equally lovely if you're a matcha lover like me. I'm totally obsessed with latte art and Cafe Soon delivered! Service was friendly and prompt. Cafe Soon has something really special going on, and I genuinely hope they continue to thrive. I'll definitely be back to explore more of their pastries, drinks, and of course... those unforgettable butter mochi (ddukk) cookies.

TL;DR -- Cafe Soon is a cute, cozy little spot that's still finding its footing post-opening. The coffee hits hard (in the best way), the staff is solid, but skip it for now if you need a quiet place to work -- the new-café buzz is real. Give it a few weeks to settle and it could be a gem. Let's be real -- if you're thinking about swinging by Cafe Soon right now, maybe pump the brakes just a little. This place just opened and the crowds are showing up in full force. It's a tiny space, so the energy is... a lot. Not in a bad way, just in a "definitely not your chill solo laptop session" kind of way. That said, the coffee? Genuinely strong and good. Exactly the kind of bold roast you want if you take your caffeine seriously. We didn't manage to try any of their bakery stuff this time around, which is a bummer -- that's on the to-do list for the next visit. We haven't been in on a weekday yet, so it's hard to say whether the vibe calms down during the week. But honestly, once the grand opening hype dies down, this place could be a really solid regular spot. The service was warm and attentive even with the chaos, which says a lot.

Enchanted matcha latte and Earl grey latte

I came here with a friend after seeing its grand opening last weekend. The location was a bit hard to find on Google Maps and Waze, but it's in the same strip as digital car audio. It was really busy on a Saturday afternoon. The cafe is really cutely decorated with soft tones and plenty of space to sit inside. The inventory was a bit low when I stopped by, but luckily we were here for the caffeine! We got their signature drinks- enchanted matcha (which is matcha latte with a shot of espresso) and earl grey latte. They are both sweeten and you will need to mix it so the flavors blend in. They are both delicious and flavorful. The baristas were friendly and helpful. I will return another time to try their pastries. I like the variety of soon's bakery (sister store) but this location seems to be popular. Hope to see more when they are more established.

Cute little cafe that recently opened on Peachtree Industrial Blvd. Interior decorations are adorable! However, space is very tight and there unfortunately aren't a lot of seating so plan on going right at opening or during off peak hours. Overall, their cakes, pastries, and their drinks weren't particularly outstanding. They were decent. Cakes are really cute though and I really appreciated how they have mini cakes. Hard to find small cakes for one person except for slice cakes. Their signature drinks are the cloud drinks and matcha drinks. I got the Soon matcha drink with espresso. Matcha taste wasn't as strong as I liked. But everything there is visually appealing

Delicious cloud lattes. I wish they had more sizes for the lattes instead of the standard size. I really liked my sea salt caramel cloud latte. The space is really cozy to catch up with friends or work for a few hours. Their sandwiches and baked goodies looked good.

Came to this cute little cafe on a Tuesday afternoon. Clean and cozy, with the upholstered round Terry fabric fluffy sofa and modern stone table. We ordered a salted bread and a garlic butter bagel. The garlic butter bagel was so good. The sky taro-matcha drinks were pretty and delicious. Definitely will come back for more.

This is such a cute Korean cafe in Duluth! The interior decoration is very warm and homey, and they sell a variety of breads, sweets, and cakes. Their drink menu is very fun too, and I tried the cloud matcha. The blue sky with clouds on the matcha was so aesthetically pleasing, and it was very good as well. The taro cream top was a little sweet to me though. I really enjoyed this cafe and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to catch up with friends or do work outside the house.

I do not feel as though downtown Duluth truly captures the amazing food scene of the city, but again, an old friend did like it enough to tell me about it. Inside was pretty spacious. High ceilings and bright. You have to go up front and order, and they'll give you a buzzer to let you know when your food is ready. Pretty standard so far. It's not too loud, even with the music playing in the background, so not bad for hanging out with friends after the food is done, though we didn't. We were all pretty disappointed with our food. It wasn't bad, thankfully, it was just meh. We could've literally drove 5 minutes away for better, so we left as soon as we finished. The good thing is you get to choose what protein you want with your dish, which is nice. However, the chicken katsu here is thin. Also, the K-Fried chicken doesn't really mesh with the pasta. It's like a skewer on the side of your main dish. You can eat them separately and be happy enough. I was ok with the bulgogi, but I would've expected better from a Korean establishment. I haven't tried every single protein option, but I won't lie, tofu in pasta isn't the most appealing to me. For the main dishes, it was pretty bland, especially the omurice. You need the egg and the protein for flavor. The Schezwan pasta wasn't even spicy. At least the carbonara was creamy as it should be.

The Second Level / Upper Floor is reserved for if you are going to be ordering/dining in for the pastas and/or savory foods. I only tried their coffee today on the first level. I did go upstairs to check it out and did see a bunch of people upstairs just sitting and chilling on their laptops with their coffees/drinks; so they may not really enforce their "reserved for pasta dining only" rule. Not sure. Ambiance (First Level / First Floor) - clean, nice, laid-back, chill, cool environment. Casual setting. Cool architecture, design, layout, and decor. Can get loud inside as ceilings are high and can get echo-y, especially if there are alot of people. Also, there is music constantly playing in background. Service (First Level / First Floor) - customer service was quick and straightforward. They were nice and polite. A+. No complaints here. Coffee (First Level / First Floor) - tried their "Korean Iced Coffee" for $7.25. It was one size only and one price at $7.25. It was delicious. Almost similar tasting to a Vietnamese coffee in my opinion (both are delicious). That strong, brewed coffee flavor with this delicious milky, sweetened condensed milk taste. I am not exactly sure if they used sweetened condensed milk in the Korean iced coffee, but it sure does taste similar to it. It's quite good. Also had a "Large Hazelnut Hot Coffee" with creamer for $5.95. It was okay. Total with tax for the two drinks was $13.99. Keep in mind that the WiFi is on your receipt as a QR Code at the bottom. So if you want to use the WiFi, ask for the receipt and/or keep the receipt so that you can scan the QR Code in order to use the WiFi. There was no password on the receipt, only a QR Code that you need to scan. Overall - Yes I would recommend this place for a nice little coffee stop. Check it out for yourself. Enjoy!

I also ordered mango matcha and I did not like it very much as it was not sweet at all. The young lady said she could adjust the sweetness. It didn't work for me this time so I'll try it again my next visit and stress that I'd like it sweetened a lot little more than the usual sweetness. UPDATE: Earlier I said I didn't like my Mango Matcha, now I have to change that once I put the straw in my cut and stirred the matcha it was delicious. I didn't realize I shouldn't drink it from the cup without stirring first. I feel so silly now. I changed my four stars to five stars and a newbie like me now will know to stir the matcha first.
