Slow-paced cafe. Things you should know: I. PARKING Café Soon is within a plaza and shares a free parking lot with the adjacent businesses out front. II. SERVICE Noticeably slow ~ it took 25 minutes to get my singular iced latte. I wouldn't come here for to-go orders for that purpose; you might as well dine in. III. QUALITY Great quality beverages and their cakes are especially talented. IV. CAPACITY This is a petite cafe with slim seating. Since it's relatively new, it's packed. Seating is sparse and noise level is high. It's not ideal for knocking out work.

Ultimate girl cafe. Cute, fun, delicious and everyone is so nice. Come for the latte and stay for the ambiance

This is such a cute Korean cafe in Duluth! The interior decoration is very warm and homey, and they sell a variety of breads, sweets, and cakes. Their drink menu is very fun too, and I tried the cloud matcha. The blue sky with clouds on the matcha was so aesthetically pleasing, and it was very good as well. The taro cream top was a little sweet to me though. I really enjoyed this cafe and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to catch up with friends or do work outside the house.

I've passed by Cafe Soon so many times telling myself, "I need to stop in soon" and I'm so glad I finally did because WOW... what a hidden gem. The moment you walk in, it feels like you've been whisked away into a charming little French-inspired café with cozy, intimate vibes. It's not a huge space, so maybe not ideal for big groups, but absolutely perfect for a date or a catch-up with a friend. Right at the front, you're greeted with a selection of Korean breads and snacks, with even more tucked into the back case. And then... the dessert case. So many beautifully crafted desserts and Korean-style cakes. It's honestly hard to choose just one. Now let's talk about the real star: the viral butter mochi cookies. These are next-level. Perfectly chewy with just the right texture, and that condensed milk dipping sauce? Completely divine. Together, it's a combo you'll keep thinking about long after you leave. I'm still dreaming about them. And fair warning- you absolutely cannot have just one. I'd love to see them expand with dipping sauces like Nutella, chocolate, matcha or fruity (strawberry, blueberry) options because that would take it even further. I also really enjoyed their sweet potato salt bread. It was perfectly filled and baked. Very lovely texture. Their specialty drinks are just as impressive (and gorgeous). I tried the iced banana matcha latte drink, and it's easily one of the best banana drinks I've ever had. The banana flavor tastes real- not artificial style and it pairs so smoothly with the matcha. Super refreshing and well-balanced. Also, the iced strawberry matcha latte here is equally lovely if you're a matcha lover like me. I'm totally obsessed with latte art and Cafe Soon delivered! Service was friendly and prompt. Cafe Soon has something really special going on, and I genuinely hope they continue to thrive. I'll definitely be back to explore more of their pastries, drinks, and of course... those unforgettable butter mochi (ddukk) cookies.

TL;DR -- Cafe Soon is a cute, cozy little spot that's still finding its footing post-opening. The coffee hits hard (in the best way), the staff is solid, but skip it for now if you need a quiet place to work -- the new-café buzz is real. Give it a few weeks to settle and it could be a gem. Let's be real -- if you're thinking about swinging by Cafe Soon right now, maybe pump the brakes just a little. This place just opened and the crowds are showing up in full force. It's a tiny space, so the energy is... a lot. Not in a bad way, just in a "definitely not your chill solo laptop session" kind of way. That said, the coffee? Genuinely strong and good. Exactly the kind of bold roast you want if you take your caffeine seriously. We didn't manage to try any of their bakery stuff this time around, which is a bummer -- that's on the to-do list for the next visit. We haven't been in on a weekday yet, so it's hard to say whether the vibe calms down during the week. But honestly, once the grand opening hype dies down, this place could be a really solid regular spot. The service was warm and attentive even with the chaos, which says a lot.

Enchanted matcha latte and Earl grey latte

I came here with a friend after seeing its grand opening last weekend. The location was a bit hard to find on Google Maps and Waze, but it's in the same strip as digital car audio. It was really busy on a Saturday afternoon. The cafe is really cutely decorated with soft tones and plenty of space to sit inside. The inventory was a bit low when I stopped by, but luckily we were here for the caffeine! We got their signature drinks- enchanted matcha (which is matcha latte with a shot of espresso) and earl grey latte. They are both sweeten and you will need to mix it so the flavors blend in. They are both delicious and flavorful. The baristas were friendly and helpful. I will return another time to try their pastries. I like the variety of soon's bakery (sister store) but this location seems to be popular. Hope to see more when they are more established.

Cute little cafe that recently opened on Peachtree Industrial Blvd. Interior decorations are adorable! However, space is very tight and there unfortunately aren't a lot of seating so plan on going right at opening or during off peak hours. Overall, their cakes, pastries, and their drinks weren't particularly outstanding. They were decent. Cakes are really cute though and I really appreciated how they have mini cakes. Hard to find small cakes for one person except for slice cakes. Their signature drinks are the cloud drinks and matcha drinks. I got the Soon matcha drink with espresso. Matcha taste wasn't as strong as I liked. But everything there is visually appealing

Delicious cloud lattes. I wish they had more sizes for the lattes instead of the standard size. I really liked my sea salt caramel cloud latte. The space is really cozy to catch up with friends or work for a few hours. Their sandwiches and baked goodies looked good.

    Vanilla matcha delight

My niece found Cafe Soon on Yelp, and we decided it would be the perfect pre-dinner stop before heading to Nando's (after an unnecessarily intense family debate about where to eat). We made a whole outing of it. My nephew drove up from Georgia Tech, and naturally the plan evolved into "we'll buy you dinner and fund your Trader Joe's haul," which honestly feels like peak family bonding. Now, onto the drinks. I ordered the Earl Grey Cream Latte, fully expecting that cozy, tea-forward flavor. Unfortunately... Earl Grey was nowhere to be found. I kept sipping like, "maybe it's subtle?" It was not subtle. It was missing. It basically tasted like a standard iced coffee you could get anywhere, which was a letdown. My niece got the vanilla matcha and gave it a thumbs up, so not all was lost. There are definitely some wins on the menu. That said, I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to come back for drinks. It wasn't bad by any means, just not memorable enough to justify a repeat visit when there are so many strong coffee spots around. The highlight? The staff. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and welcoming, which goes a long way and definitely made the experience better. Great people, decent drinks, but my Earl Grey is still missing and I would like to file a report.

Came to this cute little cafe on a Tuesday afternoon. Clean and cozy, with the upholstered round Terry fabric fluffy sofa and modern stone table. We ordered a salted bread and a garlic butter bagel. The garlic butter bagel was so good. The sky taro-matcha drinks were pretty and delicious. Definitely will come back for more.

    Jessie Y.

Delicious latte here, the coffee aroma was very fragrant and strong without tasting burnt. Matcha latte is ok. Cute decor inside and many bread options to pick from. The breads were a little too doughy for me, as in a lot of the fillings was more on the outside rather than stuffed in the middle or baked inside

    Sammer K.

This place was a disappointment. We were here about 1 week after they officially opened and the place was packed which was expected. The seating was very tight and small. You felt congested. Unfortunately the place smelled like feet the second you walk in. The drinks weren't too bad but they also felt like they were drowned in oak milk and regular milk. No coffee essence to them. The bagel was good for flavor but lacked fluff. The servers were nice and gentle and served you the order. Sadly won't be a place I come back to.

When I opened the omurice, the rich egg and cheese aroma covered the entire dish, and every spoonful of rice was full of flavor. The sweet and tangy fried chicken skewers were also delicious. I also tried their mandu (beef dumplings) -- juicy and full of savory flavor. The second time, I ordered the Alfredo pasta, which had a strong creamy aroma and an addictive white sauce flavor. The only downside was the portion -- it was a bit small and disappeared too quickly!

Surprisingly, craving this got me to come back a second time. The Fire Chicken Omelette Ramen had the same presentation, but Buddok ramen instead of sushi rice. Disappointing, because I could have just made Buddok ramen at home. The Schewan noodles were not spicy nor tasty. Takoyaki was good, on a bed of potato fries. Would order again. For the Beef Bulgogi Cheese Fries, the bulgogi is good, the fries are not. These fries are from the frozen section at Costco, make no mistake. They are bland, 2/5 star fries. Even if the bulgogi was on top of better fries, the bulgogi is dry and the cheese on it isn't melty or saucy, so the fries and the topping don't mix together well. Just a pile of dry food.

The Second Level / Upper Floor is reserved for if you are going to be ordering/dining in for the pastas and/or savory foods. I only tried their coffee today on the first level. I did go upstairs to check it out and did see a bunch of people upstairs just sitting and chilling on their laptops with their coffees/drinks; so they may not really enforce their "reserved for pasta dining only" rule. Not sure. Ambiance (First Level / First Floor) - clean, nice, laid-back, chill, cool environment. Casual setting. Cool architecture, design, layout, and decor. Can get loud inside as ceilings are high and can get echo-y, especially if there are alot of people. Also, there is music constantly playing in background. Service (First Level / First Floor) - customer service was quick and straightforward. They were nice and polite. A+. No complaints here. Coffee (First Level / First Floor) - tried their "Korean Iced Coffee" for $7.25. It was one size only and one price at $7.25. It was delicious. Almost similar tasting to a Vietnamese coffee in my opinion (both are delicious). That strong, brewed coffee flavor with this delicious milky, sweetened condensed milk taste. I am not exactly sure if they used sweetened condensed milk in the Korean iced coffee, but it sure does taste similar to it. It's quite good. Also had a "Large Hazelnut Hot Coffee" with creamer for $5.95. It was okay. Total with tax for the two drinks was $13.99. Keep in mind that the WiFi is on your receipt as a QR Code at the bottom. So if you want to use the WiFi, ask for the receipt and/or keep the receipt so that you can scan the QR Code in order to use the WiFi. There was no password on the receipt, only a QR Code that you need to scan. Overall - Yes I would recommend this place for a nice little coffee stop. Check it out for yourself. Enjoy!

I've tried a variety of their drinks, and my go-to is the Strawberry Earl Grey latte. It's SO GOOD. Nothing is overly sweet, and the tea flavor really shines. My brother likes the mango matcha and my cousin always goes for the vanilla earl grey latte (coffee) or the pistachio latte. We also enjoy their sandwiches too. Would definitely recommend this place! They have a little punch card, where your 10th drink is free, and the owner is so nice! There's waves of people coming and going, but it's not constantly super packed like other places. It's a couple scoops of ice cream with espresso. Pumpkin Spiced Latte: Was good but nothing outstanding. Peanut Butter Cream Einspanner (Iced): Peanut butter cream was good, but once you mix the drink together the peanut flavor is lost. If you like the darker bolder coffee taste, this is a good one to try. Vibe: Music is always upbeat and peaceful, mostly a calm study cafe but some people grab and go. Service: On my first visit I was offered a stamp card. 10 stamps, and your next item is free. The owner is always there and is very welcoming and polite, but it's only for the sake of business. It's not genuine friendliness or care for customers. When I picked up my PSL, I immediately noticed the cup was too light. I ordered a large and there was at least 1.5 inches of space between the fill line and the rim of the cup. Why pay extra for a large if I'm getting served a small? Given that the drink was prepared by the cafe owner herself, I would have been embarrassed to serve a customer such a drink. My other complaint is that I'd visited 3 times in the past two weeks, sat in the cafe for at 3+ hours each time, and was in a rush to attend a important zoom meeting, and planned to order after my meeting was over. 30 mins in, I was actively speaking on the video call when the cafe owner interrupted me to say that I couldn't sit without ordering a drink. So many parts of me want to justify her behavior, maybe she's anxious about the cafe not making enough money - but given that she has seen me before and I was actively speaking - that rubbed me the wrong way. I was beginning to feel comfortable at the cafe but that moment made me hesitant to return. If this hadn't happened, I would have considered this a 5/5 star establishment and found a go-to study spot.
