I will NEVER go to this (Peachtree Corners)Smoothie King ever again! The last time I went through the drive through and ordered a Coffee D-lite Mocha, it was the worst smoothie I had ever had! If I had to time to go back I would have had the young lady who made it make it over. On my way home from midtown Atlanta I decided to stop by again this afternoon (Sunday 12/28/25) but given my last experience I thought it might be best to go inside. I walked up to the cashier who did not acknowledge me at all and appeared to be counting the cash in his drawer. I stood there for a minute waiting and the other 2 young ladies manning the drive through stood there not doing anything and offered no assistance. After another minute I asked if someone else could take my order because it appeared it was going to take him awhile. One of the young ladies came over and I asked if one of them could take my order. Well one (caucasian with brownish blond hair in a ponytail and glasses) was very rude and told me "he was cashing out because he was about to leave and what did I expect him to do?" And cussed under her breath( sh__t!) I then became enraged because I have never, in all my years, had a server talk to me like that! She has no idea what customer service is ! When I asked for her manager she was brazen enough to say" I'll gladly give you my manager's name and number". As if she was not the least bit worried that I would report her. At this point I decided to leave and this smart mouthed brat said "bye have a nice day" as if she was glad to get rid of me! I went back and told her she needed to learn how to talk to customers. I am a 63 year old woman and the level of disrespect was unbelievable! Whoever hired this young lady needs to revisit why they hired her because she clearly has not a clue on how to treat customers. Been coming here frequently and some of their staff are really nice and very good at their job but when it hits some hours of the day the employees ate incompetent and fullfill orders incorrectly. For example: i always get the strawberry gladiator and they always ask for my two choices of fruits but again when i get here on certain hours of the day im not asked what my two choices will be and will be given a regular gladiator instead of the strawberry i asked for. Got my usual order and the total came out to be $5.79 at the drive thru but the girl at the front window charged me for $6.93? When I confronted her about the difference, she said that was the tip. ***ANYONE WITH FOOD ALLERGIES SHOULD NOT DRINK HERE*** The manager Bri is incompetent, unprofessional, and visibly unhappy with her job. I let them know at the window that I am allergic to blueberries. She rolled her eyes, scanned my phone, then proceeded to give me my smoothie. She expressed how I didn't let her know about the allergy "fast enough & at the right time". (Granted it took 20 seconds from when I placed my order and pulled to the window. Drove 10 minutes from 285 to get my 10 year old a smoothie for dinner after a six hour drive home from Florida. Arrived at drive thru at 8:53 and was met with recording that they were closed. Posted hours are 7am-9pm. Drove up to the window and one of the staff waved me off. I knocked on the window and another of the staff said they were closed. I said the posted hours were til 9pm. Person said it was 8:54 and they wouldn't serve us. Based on the other reviews and my experience this place clearly has management and staff issues. This has by far been one of the rudest places ever. I'm in town for business and come here daily and pretty much everyone here has a major attitude problem and comes off as hostile. They suck their teeth and are completely unhelpful in providing additional detail about their ingredients, which is insane given that they are a smoothie restaurant. Also, while ordering they continuously cut you off and say is that it and then when you say no they dramatically sigh. This place has very negative energy. I've always loved a nice Muscle Punch smoothie from Smoothie King, and this location didn't let me down! On Mondays they have $5 32oz smoothies all day. I got 3 for me and my wife and sis-in-law. They were all delicious. The staff is probably why I'll give this place the full 5 star due to my stupid mistake of driving off without my card. I have it to the cashier, and pulled off and she yelled from her drive-thru window to stop. I pulled into the parking lot, and another young lady ran out with my card. Warning, food allergy sufferers. I asked if I could have the almonds removed from a smoothie I wanted and they confirmed they could. I told them I have a severe almond allergy. After I got halfway through the 40oz smoothie while I was at work, I started having a severe reaction. I drove to the closest urgent care center but stopped at a Walgreens on the way. I got a liquid Benadryl right off the shelf and drank it immediately. At the urgent care center they said I could have died if I didn't get the Benadryl in time. I tried to call the corporate office which is almost impossible to reach anyone, and they said they would have someone call me immediately because they "take these things very seriously." I never heard back from them. I wasn't even going to post a review if they had contacted me back and made this right. It is extremely important that their employees care about the food allergies of their customers, or they could end up with a death on their hands. Since they haven't contacted me, I suppose I'm left with no choice but to pursue legal action. read more

Product is good. Customer service needs improvement. I tired of them asking me to pull ahead when in the drive through. Last visit I drove away without my $8 drink.
