I stood there for a minute waiting and the other 2 young ladies manning the drive through stood there not doing anything and offered no assistance. After another minute I asked if someone else could take my order because it appeared it was going to take him awhile. One of the young ladies came over and I asked if one of them could take my order. Well one (caucasian with brownish blond hair in a ponytail and glasses) was very rude and told me "he was cashing out because he was about to leave and what did I expect him to do?" And cussed under her breath( sh__t!) I then became enraged because I have never, in all my years, had a server talk to me like that! She has no idea what customer service is ! When I asked for her manager she was brazen enough to say" I'll gladly give you my manager's name and number". As if she was not the least bit worried that I would report her. At this point I decided to leave and this smart mouthed brat said "bye have a nice day" as if she was glad to get rid of me! I went back and told her she needed to learn how to talk to customers. I am a 63 year old woman and the level of disrespect was unbelievable! Whoever hired this young lady needs to revisit why they hired her because she clearly has not a clue on how to treat customers. Honestly, none of the servers working in this store on this day knows anything about customer service and should NOT be left unsupervised!
