Don't use this service if your house needs a deep clean before moving in. We had to ask the ladies to go back and dust things they had missed. The floors were mopped but a lot of them could have used more of a scrub, because there was still dirt left over after they left. Same with the base boards - I understand if that is considered 'extra,' but for a move-in I would expect more of a scrub rather than just a wipe of everything. My husband was checking rooms after they were 'done' and had to ask them to go back and clean again. We also received a call halfway through to argue with us about cleaning the windows. What we wanted there was a wipe down (not the window wells) as there was still dust on the sills after the ladies were 'done' cleaning. This got lost in translation but we had to spend time on the phone with a representative to dispute this, which we did not appreciate. After I raised this concern in response to requested feedback from Lucia, I was told we could not get a refund (fine) and then we had a long, unpleasant back and forth about how many days had passed (five) since the clean. Also fine, but this was a move-in clean, and the house needed to be scrubbed again after we paid $350 for this service. Would not recommend. Attached a photo of the dirty water from the deck after I re-mopped what had been 'mopped' five days prior. [Edited after response from business]: my estimate included a deep clean for a 2000 square foot home, which includes the porch. That is also irrelevant: I saw the ladies mop the porch, and this is just an example of the level of care that was given to mopping/cleaning around the entire house. read more

Lucia and team literally delivered a perfect maid experience. I haven't had maids come to my new condo since I've moved in. This was clearly a mistake LOL. It was funny, when I was buying the condo I thought it was something that would just be included with buying a brand new home... like a deep clean before I moved in. We're not in apartments anymore Dorothy. Nope... apparently that's not a thing. Also, they literally don't even have to remove screws in the wall or patch up holes. If you want that sort of stuff, it has to be negotiated at closing. Anyways, the job that Passeto did was PHE-nomenal. The one thing I requested that they do was to clean the sliding glass door. I also gave them a few instructions about specific pieces of furniture. Everything is so freakin' sparkly. I'm generally a clean person. I'm certain when they came in... they breathed a little bit of a sigh of relief. But getting to every single surface in the apartment has been hard for me to do. Especially the floor. The floor, cause I LOATHE mopping the floor. I'm also not a huge fan of sweeping - even have a robot to do that. But man, the level of clean my apartment is right now. Well, it's never been this clean. Period. And how clean do I want it at all times. This clean. They literally just left like 15 minutes ago. The stove looks like it's brand new. The fridge is so clean. The carpets are expertly vacuumed. I mean... I can just tell the difference all over. It has the feeling to me of like a brand new turned over hotel room. And weirdly enough, sometimes when I'm staying at a hotel... I think to myself "Wouldn't be nice to just live in a hotel." Everything is packed away so nicely, the surfaces are always cleaned... I guess it's just my minimalist side of me trying to break out of my semi hoarder side. Now that everything is super clean, I can't wait to get to some of the organizing projects I've been putting off. Also, redoing some of the closets so they're much more efficient. They didn't mind French Toast (my puppy) at all. They even petted her and played with her just a little bit before we vacated to give them some space. All around this was a 5 star experience. I first hired Passeto Cleaning Services back in 2020 to clean our home. We own multiple pets and with multiple pets comes lots of extra hair and grime. We needed a cleaning service to help us manage all of that and keep us sane with a clean home. Lucia is very responsive and it was easy to set up an appointment. She was also very apologetic, accommodating and offered to redo the cleaning after I contacted her. For Lucia alone I am at two stars. However, my cleaning was unsatisfactory. I have a very small 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (under 600 sqft) but I was still very surprised it took the two cleaners under an hour to complete the job. And after they left I saw why. I had requested baseboard cleaning (extra $20) and they did that well but everything else just felt incomplete and rushed. The sinks in both the kitchen and bathroom weren't clean, my hair was still all over the bathroom floor and there were marks that had not been cleaned, the kitchen/living room floors had marks that were not wiped up (which I did myself with literally one wipe), and there is a film and remnants of dust over the furniture and on top of the fridge. I already felt uncomfortable having strangers (or frankly anyone!) in my apartment during a pandemic so I am not taking Lucia up on her offer to send someone else or do it herself and have just taken care of completing the cleaning myself. I've been fighting a fruit fly infestation and a thorough apartment cleaning was one of my steps to help get rid of them. Also, there were no shoe coverings like everyone else wrote in their reviews and one of the cleaners showed up to the outside of my apartment without her mask on. Edit #2: I was not aware that if you are paying to have a house deep cleaned it cannot be dirty. Is that not the point of hiring a cleaning company to clean a place before you move into it? Most of the kitchen cabinets were not cleaned unfortunately- not just 1 drawer. Also regarding the extra room, I reached out once I realized my error and offered to pay for the extra room but was told not to worry about it. EDIT: I am updating this review to reflect a policy that I was made aware of that they "don't accept" complaints after the cleaners leave your house. So be sure to inspect your entire house before they leave. In my past experience, once they were done they say goodbye and leave, I've never had them wait or ask me to check everything is satisfactory. I used this company for around eight months. In the beginning everything was great. The cleaners were fast, efficient, and friendly. The owner Lucia was also great. I was in the process of moving so I hired Lucia's team to deep clean the place I was moving into as well as clean my old residence. I trusted the cleaners as I have never had any issues before (other than small things that were addressed immediately) so I just asked them to lock up when they left. When I returned the next day to see what they had done I was pretty disappointed. The fridge was not cleaned properly, nor was the microwave, the oven, or any of the insides of the kitchen and several other cabinets. I found hair, dirt, and dead bugs. I immediately contacted Lucia to let her know what happened (the day after, as well as the next day once I discovered more issues) and she offered to send someone out the next week. While I appreciate that she offered to send someone out again, my move-in date was in two days. I explained that I am literally moving in a few days and I cannot wait a week to unpack so I will just have to do it myself. She then offered to send me a refund, but out of a $380 clean the refund was only for $40. There must have been some miscommunication but for all of the stuff that was not clean you would expect a lot more refunded especially when you play close to $400 to have a place deep cleaned and still find many issues. When I communicated my frustration about this to Lucia, as well as asked about making some adjustments to my last cleaning at my old home, she told me that I would need to find another business to clean my home and that she was cancelling my last appointment, days before I move out... You can imagine my shock and disappointment, as I have been a loyal customer, I have referred people to her, I have gifted her services to others. This whole situation turned an already stressful move into an extremely stressful move. I had to re-clean all the areas that were not cleaned which took several hours, as well as scramble to find someone last minute to clean my old residence. I expected so much more on the customer service end of this. What a disappointing experience with what could have been turned around with exemplary customer service. The whole situation could have been handled much better unfortunately. read more

I told the owner Lucia our house was messy and she offered to clean it for $360 the first time and $270 monthly in future. The two ladies arrived on time and did a great job. After I paid to Lucia, she immediately said they could not clean our house next time. She said it took almost 6 hours, which was the reason we paid $90 extra for the first time. She also tried to blame me that I didn't tell her I have 2 ovens even though I answered all her questions before she gave me the quote (she didn't ask how many ovens I have).
