However, when the new tenant moved in, they found that the kitchen cabinets had not been cleaned at all. The only reason we continued to use them is because they would fix their issues after we complained, and then kept their prices lower than their competitors. When I finally heard a response, they asked us for a higher price. We have continued to use them for over a year and this is how they treat their most loyal customers? Edit (1/15/2023): if you read her response below, she never addresses their tendency to cancel the morning of, without responding to when they can reschedule. That's because there is no excuse for that kind of unprofessionalism. I haven't had them do a deep clean yet, nor clean appliances, so I can't speak about everything they do, but it's been a great experience so far and definitely worth it! I'm giving a 4/5 stars only because they have only been our housekeeper for a few months and haven't done the deep clean and appliances and that sort of thing yet, but happy to revise this review at around a year mark.
