Very good, if not excellent cleaning, but not the best, "deepest" clean I have ever received. Missed small details (baseboards and such), but for the price, and for the last minute availability, they were above average. The women who performed the cleaning were timely, and very pleasant. Of note: they scoffed when asked if they would fold clothes out of my laundry basket (ostensibly, which were already clean). Nothing major -- comical though. read more

Ok, but not amazing. Missed some obvious things. Might be ok for weekly maintenance, but would not recommend for deep cleaning. Owner's response is not accurate. The house was vacant of people, but not empty of things - that could have been a miscommunication. Cleaning was done at 10pm at night, so no one was in the house after the cleaning and I was not there to thank them (and I'm not married, so there was no husband there to thank them either). I stopped by first thing the next morning to check on things and took pictures of the undusted/unmopped areas. I texted the pictures to Cynthia (I did not call and complain) and she texted back that they would re-clean, as they should. Again, the cleaning was ok for touch ups, but I had higher expectations for "deep cleaning." read more

- cleaning team arrived 4 hours late without any explanation - manager did not answer my phone call when I called to find out when/if they were coming (I called from another number and they answered immediately). Appt time = 10am, spoke with someone at 1026am. Agreed they could arrive later but was not expecting an ETA 4 hours later. - I had plumbing emergency (water heater burst/leaked) at same time they were here and we turned off water several times (no more than 30min off total) but there was other non- water cleaning work (vacuuming, windexing windows, cleaning drawers). - had to ask the ladies to re-clean several areas they just completely missed - because they arrived so late, other contractors were now in the house (I had timed it so they would be first in an empty house) - the ladies were nice/polite. - not a deep clean, more surface/spot cleaning - requested/received discount because I stopped the ladies early (eliminated the whole basement due to time, they were here 5+ hours) because i needed to get to my next appointment - was hoping to have the amazing job that was advertised on Yelp but I have already scheduled a "deep cleaning" with another service in a few weeks. - cleaning supplies did smell good - contacted owner/manager on yelp and seems like she stated I should have just refused service and. I will take her advice in the future and advise others to do the same. - manager offered another day but this was the only day I had free for the cleaning in the next 3 weeks (was not expecting water heater to burst on day 1.5 of ownership and had they arrived on time they would have missed most of the contractors/plumbing excitement). - again ladies were very nice and they clean but not a deep clean. - would not use for regular cleaning as I work a lot and need contractors to be on time (it actually happens!!! this experience is a first for me). All other contractors showed up today at their scheduled times (staggered arrivals) so that part ran smoothly. - apologies to Cynthia for not refusing but I was excited to see my new home clean read more

After firing our previous cleaning company late last year, I was determined to do my due diligence and find the perfect fit, so as to not have to do that again. We hit the jackpot with Cynthia and Wermond's Cleaning. After having a few companies come in to assess the scope and provide a quote, I knew I'd choose Wermond's as soon as Cynthia came in - and they were the first to visit! She was responsive through Yelp, then gave me her mobile number so I could text her, and was patient while I went through my "interview" process with others. The day of the initial clean, Cynthia came as part of the 2 lady team and they worked like trojans, cleaning behind furniture that hadn't been moved in years, (and definitely not by the previous company) and making our place sparkle. I'm sure it took them longer than they anticipated to get it to their standard, which had me mortified that we're so untidy, but they never complained and didn't leave until we shone like a new penny.
