If we could have used any of the furniture or decor, believe me we would have had it sent to our NH house but I love this house as well and there simply is no room here to fit in another piece of furnishings or decor. Our condo was beautifully done by a decorator who worked with us when we purchased it unfinished (that is hard to do!). So, with that, we needed help in getting all personal belongings from our condo packed up and sent to our NH residence. Imagine Home Organization was right there for us every step of the way. The project went off without a hitch and we are happily at home in NH surrounded by ALL of the things that matter to us. Imagine's personnel were all very knowledgeable and very pleasant -- and eager to do a good job for us. They did, and I would definitely use their services again if we had the need. However, I am not moving again until I don't need to take anything with me except my engagement ring and my wedding band. Having said that, I highly recommend this very nice business. First, Stacy's communication was wonderful. They came for a walk-through to set a price and I appreciated her asking questions about what I liked and wanted. We set up the cleaning date pretty far in advance because I was traveling. She sent a text asking if I still wanted them (Yes!) and did I still like the date and time. Really thoughtful! While they were here they worked on everything from top to bottom. Did they miss things that I noticed later, yes, but nothing important and not everyone sees things the same way! I have had to let go a few people in the past because my husband is much more critical than I am. He didn't like things being moved on a shelf and not put back the same way. Jeez. Good: Came on short notice, showed up on time, good communication throughout…read more Bad: Destroyed my nearly new vacuum cleaner and put it back like nothing was wrong and didn't mention it. Used my high end kitchen cutlery to clear a drain then put the knife back in the block like it hadn't just been used on slime and grime. Didn't clear pet hair out of the sliding door tracks (probably because they broke the vacuum cleaner). I paid a premium for bad service and damaged equipment. For 11 "man hours" I was billed $625. I don't expect to pay over $50/hour for maid service and for that premium price, I absolutely do expect perfection. My wife was told it would be $425 so somehow between that and her sending me the bill it got jacked up $200. I let the owner know and received no reply. I would pass on this company and find someone responsible, responsive and priced fairly.
