After receiving an employment opportunity on the mainland, I knew I'd need to hop on Yelp to inquire about cleaning services available for move out on the island of Oahu. I wanted to ensure I could hire a reputable cleaning service that would make my move a bit easier. After searching for "move out cleaning", Yelp had an assessment form for me to fill out in a bit more detail. Being able to put how many bedrooms, bathrooms, and the actual square footage of the space in question was helpful so that an accurate quote could be given by potential businesses. Asking questions such as if there's carpet to be cleaned, or indicating the type of flooring, was handy to the over all price quote. I got several automated responses from Big Box accounts pretty quickly. Standing out, KR Services, a locally owned and operated business reached out to my inquiry and gave a straight forward quote based on the size of the space, bed and bathroom count. Carpet had an additional cost, which was very, very suitable given how much carpet there was. After several exchanges of messages, I spoke to KR, who confirmed availability for the date I needed. Conveniently, I didn't even need to be on island when the cleaning service actually happened. KR service accepts multiple forms of payment and I had a dear friend drop by to facilitate the rest of the transaction. Report back from the aforementioned friend was nothing short of an accolade, confirming the job had been done & done well. KR Services relieved so much pressure and stress of a big move. I am so grateful that if I had to do it again, I would definitely use KR Services, without question.

She is very good at what she does and her work speaks for itself. Yes it may seem a little pricy for a home cleaning service but she goes above and beyond expectations. She pays attention to detail and is very dedicated to satisfying the needs of the homeowner. She asks from the start what our main focus and goal of the service and implementing everything she can to make sure we are satisfied for the service. She is very good with catching the little details we sometimes miss like baseboards, ceilings and small areas. I highly recommend her and shes good with negotiating as well. Hiring this company (single proprietor, Ashlynn Yamamoto) to clean part of my my tiny 500 square…read morefoot house was a very expensive mistake. First, I was over-charged. I ended up paying her for the whole job what amounted to $50 and hour. I was told it was a deep clean, to suppliment my own cleaning in preparation for coming houseguestes. She used Swiffer Tile cleaner on my hard-wood floors. I was able to restore them with special solution but it took awhile. When I asked if she had cleaned the ceiling fans, she said she had ("standing on your wooden chairs") but they were still dirty, as were all the doors and door frames. She moved a lot of furninture and table-top items (often into different rooms) but put nothing back. She took some of my cleansers with her, and left a bag of garbage by my front door. Worst of all, after I paid her (in cash) I went into the kitchen and found that she had broken off main part of my kitchen faucet (where the water comes through) and just left it there without telling me. She in apparently licensed, insured and bonded, and so it it could have been paid for had she told me. The new, replica fixure cost me $110 at Home Depot. I can assume that the handyman who can install it but only after a couple days wait will charge for his labors. I left her several texts along with a stern but friendly phone message (she is a youngish kid and I am a former teacher) offering to work things out with her, she did not return the call. Hers is a new business, and I did not want to leave this review. But now I feel it necessary. Do not use this cleaner. It could be a costly mistake.
