Maybe everyone's best-kept-secret?? One of my friends is a monthly customer (carried over from the original owners) & said they were really good, so I actually bought one-time cleaning service for a few close friends that year, as extra special Christmas presents. Since then, everyone has had only good things to say...they're very easy to work with; hardworking, efficient & detail-oriented; overall great cleaning service. One friend even marveled that, not only did SNJ clean all around and under her husband's shoe rack, but they also arranged his shoes nicely on the rack (bc they were mostly scattered around the floor before that), lol! So when I needed to clean out a large room in our house on short notice--for my uncle to move in--we called SNJ for a "deep cleaning" service. When compared to about 4 other companies, their price was very reasonable ($350 for deep cleaning everything floor to ceiling, including the attached full-bath & kitchenette, plus $50 for carpet shampooing), and most importantly, Davlynn was able to schedule me for that very same weekend! (Really impressed that they work weekends too!) I'm not sure how they're doing estimates now--with COVID restrictions--but when I worked with them in early March 2020, Davlynn & Eddie also did on-site visits to provide free price quotes. On the day of service, Davlynn & her friend/assistant arrived about 15 minutes late, but they texted me ahead of time, to let me know they were running late. Davlynn did a quick walk around the room with me, as I pointed out some areas of concern, and noted that the carpet had some deeply stained areas that might need heavy duty cleaning. From start to finish, they spent about 4 hours cleaning everything in great detail, and Eddie also joined them to do the carpet cleaning. Everything was spic and span by the time they left, and we were very happy with the result. The only concern was that the carpet was still damp--because Eddie had gone over it a couple extra times, to try to get out those horrible stains--but they advised us to leave the windows open overnight to help everything dry out. Unfortunately, I think we should've used mor than just a ceiling fan to air out the place, because the carpet developed a really bad smell over the next few days. Didn't help that it rained that entire weekend too!! Eddie & Davlynn offered to come back the following weekend, to re-do the carpet, but ultimately we just decided to replace the carpet entirely. While it's unfortunate that the carpet ended up being a problem, they did offer to rectify it, and I don't really hold it against them. For regular cleaning needs, I would definitely call SNJ again.

Spent a lot of time in the bathroom and then worked her way around the rest of the condo. Not the best but she worked hard, charged medium ($175 for a two bedroom) and gave her a nice tip. A month ago, I called at the last minute (a few days out) and she said she would be able to make it to another rental I had. Felt relieved and I waited at the time promised at the location promised. The time came and no contact. I went downstairs and waited there for about another 30 minutes. Waited about a total of 1.5 hours for her and nothing. Left a voice mail and even until this day havent gotten the courtesy of a phone call. I called both numbers on the website and (one is dead) and left msgs. Nothing. I guess I wish her luck since she seemed like a hard worker. in the end, I was able to get a bigger more reliable company to come in and take care of the unit. I always cheer for the small companies and try to support them but when it ends up wasting my time and giving me more stress, time to cut the cord and understand why some small companies (one person companies) remain small and some take the leap to bigger dreams. good luck and well, glad to hear you are so busy you dont have the courtesy of returning phone calls.

She arrived a few minutes early. She seemed knowledgeable and hardworking. We liked her energy and sass. Her schedule was quite full but she was available Christmas eve. While it seemed wrong to hire someone to come on Christmas eve, she was eager and willing, so we agreed to have her that morning. That morning, my roommate and I worked to clear out the bathrooms of linens and toiletries, which sparked a cleaning frenzy. Mimi arrived a few minutes early with her daughter and cleaning supplies, and they worked non-stop from 9 to 12 noon. The work is quite laborious, scrubbing and inhaling dust and fumes from the cleaning products. You're at uncomfortable angles to access hard to reach areas. Despite the challenges, attention to detail is critical. Results: Everything was gleaming and sparkling- countertops, sinks, floors, mirrors, shower tiles, shower heads, toilets.... The dust encrusted layers, water stains, and mold did not stand a chance. [BTW: Our sinks are clamshells. One had stains that previous cleaners could not remove.] Mimi even got the little bathroom trash- it no longer squeaks when it's opened. I've had cleaners come for move-out cleaning, but never for something like this. When you have to live with the results, you really notice all the details that go into detailed cleaning. This made our Christmas eve! It's been a little over a week since the cleaning, and the results have lasted (unlike when I do the cleaning, haha). We hope to hire Mimi back for regular cleaning, perhaps every 6 weeks or so.

Based only on the lack of response during the inquiry process, this was not a great first impression.
